Claims (2)
- パネル状の本体部が、
ステンレスネットからなり、柔軟性を有する30〜50メッシュのメッシュ状に形成された矩形の平面電極と、
水滴、結露に対して反応しない難燃性テント生地からなり、前記平板電極を囲むとともに、熱圧着処理により積層し、電場形成方向に厚みを備えさせている表層材と、
柔軟性を有する高密度ポリウレタンからなり、前記表層材と前記電極との間であって電場形成方向と逆側に配置される絶縁材とから構成され、
前記平面電極の大きさが最大1m×2mであり、
前記平面電極に、周波数48Hz〜62Hzの正弦波形で1kV〜5kVの電圧が印可されることで、前記電極の前記絶縁材が配置されていない側の表面から3m以内に0.3kV/m〜15kV/mの電界強度を有する電場空間を形成し、
収納物を保管する収容部を備える保管庫の前記収容部の壁面へ、前記本体部の絶縁材が配置された側の前記表層材の面が、前記本体部の周縁の熱圧着処理により積層されて厚みを有する前記表層材のみからなる部分に設けた絶縁性リベットを通じて着脱可能に取り付けられてなり、
前記収容部の内部環境を、氷結点以下の温度で水が非凍結状態となる過冷却が起こる状態に整える、
ことを特徴とする電場形成用パネル。 - 請求項1に記載の電場形成用パネルを用い、前記電極に周波数48Hz〜62Hzの正弦波形で1kV〜5kVの電圧を印可し、前記電極の前記絶縁材が配置されていない側の表面から3m以内に0.3kV/m〜15kV/mの電界強度を有する電場空間を形成し、前記電場空間の環境を、氷結点以下の温度で水が非凍結状態となる過冷却が起こる状態に整える、
ことを特徴とする過冷却を起こすための電場形成方法。
