Description
上記の内容から当業者にとっては自明であるが、装置110に関して記載した変更例を用いて、装置130の他の実施形態を構成することができる。したがって、例えば、心室側巻回部132および把持要素140は、装置110に関して記載した他の構成、形状、大きさおよび/または材料を有していてもよい。装置の端部は、丸められていてもよいし、直角を形成してもよいし、尖っていてもよい。後述するように、装置130は1つまたは複数の回転防止要素を有していてもよい。心室側巻回部132および/または把持要素140は、前述したように、1つまたは複数の溝および/または穴を有していてもよい。また、装置にコーティングを施してもよい。
上記の内容から当業者にとっては自明であるが、装置110に関して記載した変更例を用いて、装置150の他の実施形態を構成することができる。したがって、例えば、心室側巻回部152および把持要素160は、装置110に関して記載した他の構成、形状、大きさおよび/または材料を有していてもよい。装置の端部は、丸められていてもよいし、直角を形成してもよいし、尖っていてもよい。後述するように、装置150は1つまたは複数の回転防止要素を有していてもよい。心室側巻回部152および/または把持要素160は、前述のように、1つまたは複数の溝および/または穴を有していてもよい。また、装置にコーティングを施してもよい。
本明細書に記載の様々な心臓弁修復装置は上記の方法において植え込むことができる。本装置の様々な特徴によって処置および機能が促進される。
Claims (16)
- 心臓弁の機能を補助する装置であって、
拘束されていない状態において略螺旋形状を有する心室側巻回部であって、その中心の領域もしくは中心付近の領域から始まり、中心の周りを巻回するにつれて中心から遠ざかるように複数の周を形成し、複数の周は少なくとも第1の周および第2の周を含み、少なくとも第1の周は中心の周りを360度延びる完全な1周であり、心臓弁に連結されている腱索が心室側巻回部の略螺旋形状によって画定される略螺旋形状の経路内において心室側巻回部の隣り合う周部の間に配置されるように、前記心臓弁の心室側に配置されるように構成されている心室側巻回部と、
前記心室側巻回部の中心に接続され、かつ、該心室側巻回部の中心から延びている把持要素と、を備え、
前記装置が心房側安定化部分を有していない、装置。 - 前記心室側巻回部が略平坦である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記心室側巻回部が略円錐形である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記心室側巻回部の略螺旋形状が略円形である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記心室側巻回部の略螺旋形状が略楕円形である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記心室側巻回部を含めて前記装置がワイヤ、ワイヤ束、帯状部材、ロッド、チューブまたはこれらの組み合わせを含んでいる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が少なくとも部分的に金属材料によって構成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が少なくとも部分的に形状記憶金属材料によって構成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が少なくとも部分的にニチノールによって構成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。

- 請求項1に記載の心臓弁の機能を補助する装置を含むシステムであって、前記装置を植え込むための送達システムと組み合わされており、前記送達システムが
アプリケータチューブと、
前記アプリケータチューブ内に位置している内側ロッドと、を備え、
前記内側ロッドが、前記装置を操縦しているときに該装置を保持するように構成されており、
前記送達システムが、前記装置を所望の位置に配置した後に前記アプリケータチューブに対して内側ロッドを前進させることによって該装置を解放するように構成されている、システム。 - 前記内側ロッドが、前記装置を操縦しているときに該装置の把持要素を保持するように構成されているフックにて終端している、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記アプリケータチューブが、前記装置の少なくとも一部が押し出される窓部と、窓部の先端側に隣接する傾斜面とを有しており、
前記送達システムが前記アプリケータチューブに対して前記内側ロッドを前進させることによって前記装置を解放するように構成されていることで、前記アプリケータチューブに対して前記フックを先端側に移動させ、かつ、前記傾斜面に対して前記装置の把持要素を先端側に移動させ、前記装置の把持要素を前記窓部において前記フックから離れる方向に移動させて、前記フックから前記装置の把持要素を解放する、請求項15に記載のシステム。
