Description
Claims (5)
- エアサスペンションシステムであって、該エアサスペンションシステムは、
車体と車軸との間に介装され空気の給排に応じて車高調整を行うエアサスペンションと、
空気を圧縮するコンプレッサを含むシステム部と、
前記コンプレッサにより圧縮された空気を蓄えるタンクと、
前記システム部と前記タンクとの間に設けられ、両者の間の空気の流れを連通、遮断する第1の開閉弁と、
前記システム部と前記エアサスペンションとの間に設けられ、両者の間の空気の流れを連通、遮断する第2の開閉弁と、
を備えており、
前記システム部は、
前記第1の開閉弁側と前記第2の開閉弁側との間を繋ぎ、前記コンプレッサの吸気側に接続された第1通路と、
前記第1の開閉弁側と前記第2の開閉弁側との間を繋ぎ、かつ前記第1通路と並列に設けられ、前記コンプレッサの吐出側に接続された第2通路と、
前記コンプレッサの吐出側に一側が接続され、他側が前記第2通路に接続されるエアドライアと、
前記コンプレッサの吐出側と前記エアドライアの一側との間に設けられ、前記システム部の外に空気を放出可能な排出弁と、
前記第1,第2通路と前記第1の開閉弁との間に配され、非通電時には前記第1通路を前記第1の開閉弁に対し遮断すると共に前記第2通路を前記第1の開閉弁に対し連通させ、通電時には前記第1通路を前記第1の開閉弁に対し連通させると共に前記第2通路を前記第1の開閉弁に対し遮断する第1制御弁と、
前記第1,第2通路と前記第2の開閉弁との間に配され、非通電時には前記第1通路を前記第2の開閉弁に対し遮断すると共に前記第2通路を前記第2の開閉弁に対し連通させ、通電時には前記第1通路を前記第2の開閉弁に対し連通させると共に前記第2通路を前記第2の開閉弁に対し遮断する第2制御弁と、を備え、
前記第1,第2制御弁の非通電時に、前記排出弁を開弁することにより、前記第2通路内の空気を前記エアドライアの他側から一側に向けて流すことにより前記エアドライアを再生させ、
前記第1制御弁は、
前記第1通路と前記第2通路のうち何れか一方の通路を前記第1の開閉弁に対して選択的に遮断し、他方の通路を前記第1の開閉弁に対して選択的に連通させる第1弁体と、
該第1弁体を常時閉弁方向に付勢する付勢部材と、
非通電時に前記第1弁体が閉弁方向に移動することで形成され前記第2通路と連通する第1パイロット室と、
該第1パイロット室と前記第1の開閉弁側との間を連通させる第1連通路と、を備え、
前記第2制御弁は、
前記第1通路と前記第2通路のうち何れか一方の通路を前記第2の開閉弁に対して選択的に遮断し、他方の通路を前記第2の開閉弁に対して選択的に連通させる第2弁体と、
該第2弁体を常時閉弁方向に付勢する付勢部材と、
非通電時に前記第2弁体が閉弁方向に移動することで形成され前記第2通路と連通する第2パイロット室と、
該第2パイロット室と前記第2の開閉弁側との間を連通させる第2連通路と、を備えることを特徴とするエアサスペンションシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のエアサスペンションシステムにおいて、
前記タンクから前記エアサスペンションに空気を供給するときは、前記第1の開閉弁を閉弁し、前記第1制御弁を通電した状態で、前記コンプレッサを駆動することで外気を吸い込んで圧縮し、前記第2パイロット室に圧縮空気を所定圧供給後、前記第1の開閉弁を開弁することを特徴とするエアサスペンションシステム。 - 請求項1または2に記載のエアサスペンションシステムにおいて、
前記第1制御弁は、3方向電磁弁を備えており、該第1制御弁の3方向電磁弁は、
前記第1弁体により前記第2通路から遮断され前記第1通路と連通する第1の一側ポートと、
前記第2通路と前記第1パイロット室との間を連通する第1の他側ポートと、
前記タンクと連通する第1のコモンポートとを有しており、
前記第2制御弁は、3方向電磁弁を備えており、該第2制御弁の3方向電磁弁は、
前記第2弁体により前記第2通路から遮断され前記第1通路と連通する第2の一側ポートと、
前記第2通路と前記第2パイロット室との間を連通する第2の他側ポートと、
前記エアサスペンションと連通する第2のコモンポートとを有しているエアサスペンションシステム。 - 請求項3に記載のエアサスペンションシステムにおいて、
前記第1の他側ポートの孔径は、前記第1の一側ポートの孔径よりも小さく形成され、
前記第2の他側ポートの孔径は、前記第2の一側ポートの孔径よりも小さく形成されることを特徴とするエアサスペンションシステム。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載のエアサスペンションシステムにおいて、
前記第1制御弁の前記第1弁体および前記第2制御弁の前記第2弁体は、それぞれ、ポペット弁として形成されているエアサスペンションシステム。
