(1)本発明の実施形態に係る回転体ユニット200は、軸線CL2に沿って延在する第2シャフト2と、第2シャフト2を回転可能に支持する一対のテーパローラベアリング61,62と、一対のテーパローラベアリング61,62の間に軸方向に並んで配置されるとともに、第2シャフト2と同軸に設けられ、第2シャフト2を包囲する略円筒形状の一対のスペーサ80,80と、を備える(図1,図6)。一対のスペーサ80,80は、軸線CL2に垂直な基準面83に対し傾斜して互いに当接する傾斜面82,82をそれぞれ有し、これら傾斜面82,82は、一対のスペーサ80,80に軸線CL2を中心とした互いに反対方向のトルクが付与されて一対のスペーサ80の軸方向一端部から軸方向他端部までの長さL1が伸長された状態で、互いに溶接されている(図6〜図9,図12,図14)。
Claims (5)
- 軸線に沿って延在する回転軸と、
前記回転軸を回転可能に支持する、内輪および外輪をそれぞれ有する一対のベアリングと、
前記一対のベアリングの前記内輪の間に軸方向に並んで配置されるとともに、前記回転軸と同軸に設けられ、前記回転軸を包囲する略円筒形状の一対のスペーサと、
第1軸線を中心とした略円筒形状の第1ケース部と、前記第1軸線に直交する方向に延在する前記第1ケース部の端面から膨出され、前記第1軸線に直交する第2軸線を中心とした略円筒形状の第2ケース部と、を有するケースと、を備え、
前記一対のスペーサは、前記第2ケース部内に収容されるとともに、前記第2軸線に垂直な基準面に対し傾斜して互いに当接する傾斜面をそれぞれ有し、これら傾斜面は、前記一対のスペーサに前記第2軸線を中心とした互いに反対方向のトルクが付与されて前記一対のスペーサの軸方向一端部から軸方向他端部までの長さが伸長された状態で、互いに溶接され、
前記第2ケース部は、前記一対のベアリングの前記外輪を支持するように構成されるとともに、前記一対のスペーサが露出するような開口部を有し、
前記開口部を塞ぐカバーをさらに備えることを特徴とする回転体ユニット。 - 請求項1に記載の回転体ユニットにおいて、
前記開口部を介して前記第2ケース部の内部に収容されるとともに、前記第2軸線を中心として前記回転軸と一体に回転可能に設けられ、前記一対のベアリングの間に前記一対のスペーサに軸方向に隣接して配置された傘歯車をさらに備えることを特徴とする回転体ユニット。 - 請求項2に記載の回転体ユニットにおいて、
前記傘歯車は第2傘歯車であり、
前記開口部を介して前記第1ケース部に前記第1軸線を中心として回転可能に収容されるとともに、前記第2傘歯車に噛合する第1傘歯車をさらに備えることを特徴とする回転体ユニット。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の回転体ユニットにおいて、
前記一対のスペーサは、それぞれ外周面に工具寸法に対応した二面幅を形成する切り欠きを有することを特徴とする回転体ユニット。 - 第1軸線を中心とした略円筒形状の第1ケース部と、前記第1軸線に直交する方向に延在する前記第1ケース部の端面から膨出され、前記第1軸線に直交する第2軸線を中心とした略円筒形状の第2ケース部と、を有するケースのうち、前記第2ケース部に形成された開口部を介して前記第2ケース部の内部に、前記第2軸線を中心として内輪および外輪をそれぞれ有する一対のベアリングを配置し、
前記第2軸線を中心とした略円筒形状の一対のスペーサであって、前記軸線に垂直な基準面に対し傾斜する傾斜面をそれぞれ有する一対のスペーサを、前記開口部を介して前記一対のベアリングの前記内輪の間に、前記傾斜面同士を互いに当接させた状態で軸方向に並べて配置し、
前記一対のベアリングの前記内輪の内部および前記一対のスペーサの内部に前記第2軸線に沿って回転軸を挿入し、
前記一対のスペーサに前記第2軸線を中心とした互いに反対方向のトルクを付与して、前記一対のスペーサの軸方向一端部から軸方向他端部までの長さを伸長し、
前記一対のスペーサの軸方向一端部から軸方向他端部までの長さが伸長された状態で、前記一対のスペーサの前記傾斜面同士を溶接することを含むベアリング予圧付与方法。
