Description
以下、本発明の第1実施形態を図1〜図6に基づいて説明する。図1に示すように、本実施形態の電動弁10は、ステータ11と、ステータ11の内側に回転可能に収容されたロータ40と、ロータ40の回転によりステータ11内を直動する直動シャフト50と、を備えている。
本発明は、上記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、例えば、以下に説明するような実施形態も本発明の技術的範囲に含まれ、さらに、下記以外にも要旨を逸脱しない範囲内で種々変更して実施することができる。

Claims (4)
- モータと、
前記モータの動力を受けて直動し、バルブボディの一端に形成されている弁口を開閉する弁体を有する直動シャフトと、
前記バルブボディに設けられ、前記直動シャフトの外周面に当接して前記直動シャフトの径方向の動きを規制する弾性部材と、
前記直動シャフトに設けられ、前記バルブボディに形成された非円形孔と遊嵌して、前記直動シャフトを回転不能とする断面非円形の非円形軸部と、
前記バルブボディに設けられ、前記非円形孔を有し、前記直動シャフトを受容する受容筒体と、を備え
前記受容筒体は、前記非円形孔を一端側に有する筒本体部と、前記筒本体部の他端側に取り付けられた直動軸受と、を有し、
前記弾性部材は、円環状のシートからなり、その外縁部が前記筒本体部と前記直動軸受との間に挟持されている電動弁。 - 前記バルブボディに対して、回転軸方向で位置決めされた状態で回転すると共に、前記直動シャフトと螺合する前記モータのロータと、
前記直動シャフトに設けられた断面円形の円形軸部と、を備え、
前記直動シャフトは、前記弾性部材が前記円形軸部に当接する範囲でのみ直動する請求項1に記載の電動弁。 - 前記非円形軸部と前記円形軸部とは、前記直動シャフトのうち、前記弁体と、前記ロータに螺合する螺合部との間に並べて配され、
前記受容筒体は、前記バルブボディのうち前記弁口と前記ロータとの間に配され、
前記弾性部材は、前記受容筒体に取り付けられている請求項2に記載の電動弁。 - 前記筒本体部の前記他端側の外周縁から突出し、内側に前記直動軸受を回転不能に保持する突壁を有する請求項1乃至3の何れか1の請求項に記載の電動弁。
