Claims (6)
- 流路を途中部分で仕切る仕切壁に備えた弁孔にニードル形の弁体が嵌合され、前記弁体をその軸方向に移動して前記弁体の外側面と前記弁孔の内側面との間を通過する流体の流量を制御する流量制御弁であって、
前記弁孔の前記内側面に含まれるテーパ内側面と、
前記弁体の前記外側面に含まれ、前記テーパ内側面に対して内側から対向し、前記テーパ内側面に沿って傾斜したテーパ外側面と、を有し、
前記テーパ外側面の大径側端部の外径は、前記テーパ内側面の大径側端部の内径より小さく、
前記弁体の前記外側面のうち前記テーパ外側面の大径側端部の隣には、前記テーパ外側面の大径側端部と同一外径かそれより外径が大きい円筒外側面が備えられていて、
前記弁孔の前記内側面のうち前記テーパ内側面の大径側端部の隣には、前記テーパ内側面の大径側端部と同一内径かそれより内径が大きく、前記テーパ外側面に外側から対向する円筒内側面が備えられている流量制御弁。 - 前記テーパ外側面より前記テーパ内側面のテーパ角が小さい請求項1に記載の流量制御弁。
- 前記弁体の移動距離をL1[mm]とし、前記テーパ外側面と前記テーパ内側面と間の最短距離の増加をL2[mm]とすると、
0<L2/L1<0.18
である請求項1又は2に記載の流量制御弁。 - 駆動源としてステッピングモータを有し、
前記ステッピングモータの1ステップの動作角に対する前記弁体の移動する距離が0.5~20[μm]である請求項3に記載の流量制御弁。 - 前記弁孔は、前記テーパ内側面より一端側に向かうに従って拡径すると共に、前記テーパ内側面より他端側に向かうに従って拡径し、
前記テーパ内側面の軸長は、前記テーパ外側面の軸長より小さくなっている請求項1から4の何れか1の請求項に記載の流量制御弁。 - 前記弁体及び前記弁孔のうち前記テーパ外側面及び前記テーパ内側面よりも大径側に配されて、互いに当接して流量制御弁を閉弁状態にする当接部を備え、
前記閉弁状態において、前記テーパ外側面と前記テーパ内側面との間に隙間がある請求項1から5の何れか1の請求項に記載の流量制御弁。
