Claims (5)
- 変速機における変速のレンジを高速又は低速に切替可能な副変速機のリングギヤの回転を拘束するためのギヤが形成されたドグプレートを有する変速機のドグプレート取付構造であって、
前記ドグプレートは、ピンを嵌入可能な貫通孔が形成された取付部を複数有し、
前記ドグプレートの一部の前記取付部に嵌入される前記ピンの一部分が圧入される固定穴が形成され、前記ピンを介して前記ドグプレートを固定可能な第1固定部を有する第1壁部と、
前記第1壁部と対向し、前記ドグプレートの残りの前記取付部に嵌入される前記ピンの一部分が圧入される固定穴が形成され、前記ピンを介して前記ドグプレートを固定可能な第2固定部を有する第2壁部と、
を有する変速機のドグプレート取付構造。 - 前記第2固定部と重ね合わされる前記取付部を前記第1壁部に支持する支持部材をさらに有する
請求項1に記載の変速機のドグプレート取付構造。 - 前記支持部材は、前記第1壁部に存在する凸状部に固定されている
請求項2に記載の変速機のドグプレート取付構造。 - 前記凸状部は、ギヤを支持するシャフトの端部である
請求項3に記載の変速機のドグプレート取付構造。 - 前記支持部材は、円筒状の部材である
請求項2から請求項4の何れか一項に記載の変速機のドグプレート取付構造。
