Description
プロピレン系重合体(P1)が、プロピレン由来の構成単位とエチレン由来の構成単位および/または炭素原子数4〜20のα−オレフィン由来の構成単位とを含む下記要件(a−1)を満たすプロピレン系エラストマー(P1a)を含んでなることを特徴とする積層シート。
(a−1)示差走査熱量計(DSC)を用いて測定される融点(Tm)が120℃未満、あるいは融点(Tm)が観測されない。
(a−2)メルトフローレート(MFR)(230℃、2.16kg荷重下)が0.1〜500g/10分である。
(b−1)示差走査熱量計(DSC)を用いて、再昇温法によって測定される融点(Tm)が120〜170℃である。
(b−2)メルトフローレート(MFR)(230℃、2.16kg荷重下)が0.1〜500g/10分である。
L1層は、エチレン系重合体(E1)50〜99質量部およびプロピレン系重合体(P1)1〜50質量部、好ましくはエチレン系重合体(E1)55〜95質量部およびプロピレン系重合体(P1)5〜45質量部、より好ましくはエチレン系重合体(E1)55〜90質量部およびプロピレン系重合体(P1)10〜45質量部を含んでなる。ここで、成分(E1)と成分(P1)との合計を100質量部とする。

L2層は、プロピレン系重合体(P2)50〜100質量部およびエチレン系エラストマー(E2)0〜50質量部、好ましくはプロピレン系重合体(P2)51〜100質量部およびエチレン系エラストマー(E2)0〜49質量部、より好ましくはプロピレン系重合体(P2)55〜100質量部およびエチレン系エラストマー(E2)0〜45質量部を含んでなる。ここで、成分(P2)と成分(E2)との合計を100質量部とする。
本発明の好ましい実施形態の一つである第一の積層シートにおいては、エンジニアリングプラスチックを含んでなるL3層が、L2層のL1層とは反対側面に接触されている。
本発明の好ましい実施形態の一つである第二の積層シートにおいては、示差走査熱量計(DSC)で測定される融点(再昇温法)が140〜170℃であるプロピレン系重合体(P3)を含んでなるL4層が、L2層のL1層とは反対側面に接触されている。
L1層および/またはL2層、好ましくはL1層のみまたはL1層およびL2層には、無機粒子を、各層の全質量に対して0.1〜30質量%含んでいてもよい。
既に述べたように、本発明の積層シートは、L1層とL2層が接触されてなる二層シートを必須構成シートとして含む積層シートである。本発明の積層シートを太陽電池バックシートとして用いる場合は、例えば、L1層のL2層とは反対側の面がEVA等の樹脂からなる封止材層と接する構成、すなわち、封止材層/L1層/L2層の構成をとる。本発明において「接触」とは、接触するように貼り合わせた構造であることを意味し、通常は接触された面と面の間には有意の接着力が伴われている。
(1)密度:ASTM D1505に準拠し、23℃で測定した。
(2)メルトフローレート(MFR):ASTM D1238に準拠し、190℃または230℃、2.16kgfの条件で測定した。
(3)融点(通常法):23℃±2℃で72時間以上の状態調節を実施した後の試験体を用いて、−40℃まで冷却してから昇温速度10℃/minの条件下で測定したときに得られるDSC曲線を作成した。このときに得られた融解ピーク温度を融点(通常法)とした。
(4)融点(再昇温法):DSC測定装置内で10分間200℃保持した後、降温速度10℃/minで−20℃まで冷却し、−20℃で1分間保持し、再度昇温速度10℃/minの条件下で測定したときに得られるDSC曲線を作成した。このときに得られた融解ピークを融点(再昇温法)とした。
(1)エチレン系重合体
・エボリューTMSP2040((株)プライムポリマー製、エチレン・1−ヘキセン共重合体、密度:918kg/m3、190℃下でのMFR:3.8g/10分)
・エボリューTMSP1540((株)プライムポリマー製、エチレン・1−ヘキセン共重合体、密度:913kg/m3、190℃下でのMFR:3.8g/10分)
・タフマーTMA-4085S(三井化学(株)製、エチレン・1−ブテン共重合体、1−ブテン含量:11モル%、密度:885kg/m3、190℃下でのMFR:3.6g/10分)
・プライムポリプロTMF107((株)プライムポリマー製、プロピレン単独重合体、密度:900kg/m3、230℃下でのMFR:7.0g/10分、融点(再昇温法):165℃)
・本出願人によって出願された国際公開第2009/84517号の実施例2と同じ方法によりプロピレン系重合体組成物を調製した。その結果、融点(再昇温法)が160℃、230℃下でのMFRが7.1g/10分であるプロピレン単独重合体(プロピレン系重合体(P1b)に相当)10質量%と、プロピレン起因骨格含量78モル%、エチレン起因骨格含量16モル%、1−ブテン起因骨格含量6モル%であり、融点(通常法)が観測されず、230℃下でのMFRが6.6g/10分であるプロピレン・エチレン・1−ブテン共重合体(プロピレン系エラストマー(P1a)に相当)90質量%からなるプロピレン系重合体組成物を得た。以下、この組成物を「調製PP組成物」と略称する。
エボリューTMSP2040 60質量部と調製PP組成物40質量部のドライブレンド物(L1層用の樹脂)、プライムポリプロTMF107(L2層用の樹脂)を、リップ幅1mmのTダイを設置した共押出機(多層キャスト成形機、住友重機械モダン(株)製)のホッパーにそれぞれ投入した。そして、シリンダー温度を240℃、ダイス温度を250℃に設定し、Tダイから溶融混練物を共押出して、キャスト成形し、厚さ150μmのL1層と厚さ150μmのL2層からなる二層シートを得た。
◎:層間強度が強過ぎて剥離試験を行うための一部剥離ができない。
〇:剥離試験を実施可能。層間強度が非常に高い。
△:剥離試験を実施可能で。層間強度が高い。
×:剥離試験を実施可能で。層間強度が低い。
表1および表2に示す組成物(表中の数値の単位は質量部)を用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして二層シート作製し、評価した。これらの結果を表1および表2に示す。

Claims (16)
- 密度が890〜970kg/m3であるエチレン系重合体(E1)50〜99質量部およびプロピレン系重合体(P1)1〜50質量部(ここで、成分(E1)と成分(P1)との合計を100質量部とする)を含んでなるL1層と、プロピレン系重合体(P2)50〜100質量部および密度が850kg/m3以上、890kg/m3未満であるエチレン系エラストマー(E2)0〜50質量部(ここで、成分(P2)と成分(E2)との合計を100質量部とする)を含んでなるL2層とが接触されてなる二層シートを含む積層シートであって、
プロピレン系重合体(P1)が、プロピレン由来の構成単位とエチレン由来の構成単位および/または炭素原子数4〜20のα−オレフィン由来の構成単位とを含む下記要件(a−1)を満たすプロピレン系エラストマー(P1a)を含んでなることを特徴とする積層シート。
(a−1)示差走査熱量計(DSC)を用いて測定される融点(Tm)が120℃未満、あるいは融点(Tm)が観測されない。 - L1層が、エチレン系重合体(E1)55〜95質量部およびプロピレン系重合体(P1)5〜45質量部を含んでなる請求項1に記載の積層シート。
- プロピレン系エラストマー(P1a)が下記要件(a−2)を満たす請求項1に記載の積層シート。
(a−2)メルトフローレート(MFR)(230℃、2.16kg荷重下)が0.1〜500g/10分である。 - プロピレン系エラストマー(P1a)が、プロピレン由来の構成単位51〜90モル%を含む請求項1に記載の積層シート。
- プロピレン系エラストマー(P1a)が、エチレン由来の構成単位7〜24モル%を含む請求項1に記載の積層シート。
- プロピレン系エラストマー(P1a)が、炭素原子数4〜20のα−オレフィン由来の構成単位0〜25モル%を含む請求項1に記載の積層シート。
- プロピレン系エラストマー(P1a)が、プロピレン由来の構成単位と、エチレン由来の構成単位と、炭素原子数4〜20のα−オレフィン由来の構成単位とを含む請求項1に記載の積層シート。
- プロピレン系重合体(P1)が、プロピレン系エラストマー(P1a)と共に、下記要件(b−1)および(b−2)を満たすプロピレン系重合体(P1b)も含む請求項1に記載の積層シート。
(b−1)示差走査熱量計(DSC)を用いて、再昇温法によって測定される融点(Tm)が120〜170℃である。
(b−2)メルトフローレート(MFR)(230℃、2.16kg荷重下)が0.1〜500g/10分である。 - L1層および/またはL2層が、さらに無機粒子を、各層の全質量に対して0.1〜30質量%含む請求項1に記載の積層シート。
- L1層および/またはL2層が、さらに、紫外線吸収剤、耐熱安定剤、およびヒンダートアミン型光安定化剤からなる群より選択される一種類以上の安定剤を、各層の全質量に対して0.005〜5質量%含む請求項1に記載の積層シート。
- エンジニアリングプラスチックを含んでなるL3層が、L2層のL1層とは反対側面に接触されてなる請求項1に記載の積層シート。
- エンジニアリングプラスチックが、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、またはポリアミドである請求項11に記載の積層シート。
- 示差走査熱量計(DSC)で測定される融点(Tm)が140〜170℃であるプロピレン系重合体(P3)を含んでなるL4層が、L2層のL1層とは反対側面に接触されてなる請求項1に記載の積層シート。
- L4層が、さらに、紫外線吸収剤、耐熱安定剤、およびヒンダートアミン型光安定化剤からなる群より選択される一種類以上の安定剤を、L4層の全質量に対して0.005〜5質量%含む請求項13に記載の積層シート。
- 請求項1に記載の積層シートを用いてなる太陽電池バックシート。
- 請求項15に記載の太陽電池バックシートを用いた太陽電池。
