Claims (2)
- パラジウムが担持された多孔質のγ−アルミナ担体により発熱体が被覆されているメタンガス検知素子と、
触媒が担持されていない多孔質のγ−アルミナ担体により発熱体が被覆されている参照素子と、を備え、
前記メタンガス検知素子の前記γ−アルミナ担体におけるパラジウム担持量が30重量%であり、
前記メタンガス検知素子および前記参照素子の前記γ−アルミナ担体の比表面積が140m2/g以上であることを特徴とする接触燃焼式ガスセンサ。 - 前記接触燃焼式ガスセンサが、ダイアフラム型接触燃焼式ガスセンサであり、
前記メタンガス検知素子が、基板に設けられた空洞部上の薄膜に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接触燃焼式ガスセンサ。
