Description
・液体としてのシリコーンおよび付加架橋性の架橋剤としてのシリコーンを有する付加架橋性のシリコーン
・例えば水および/またはグリコールを有する、または独国特許出願公開第102008011986号明細書(DE 10 2008 011 986 A1)によれば粘性の液体としてのシリコーンおよび水および/または縮合架橋性の架橋剤としてのグリコールを有する、縮合架橋性のシリコーン
・硬化剤としてのイソシアネートによって架橋されたポリウレタン(成果物)。液体としてのポリオール成分は、例えばポリエステルポリオール、ポリエーテルポリオール、チオール、グリコール、アミン、鎖延長剤およびアクリレートを含有してよい。イソシアネートは、(例えばMDI、TDIをベースとした)芳香族および(例えばHDI、IPDI、12回水素化されたMDIをベースにした)脂肪族であってよい。
・三量化触媒および場合によってはさらにポリオール、活性水素を有する他の物質または不活性の希釈剤といった、第2の成分を含有するポリイソシアヌレート
・水および/または硬化剤または架橋剤としてのグリコールを有する、1成分系のNCO末端化ポリウレタン(ブースタ系)
・エポキシ樹脂系
・B成分において水および/またはグリコールを有するシラン変性されたポリマー、例えばMSポリマー
・アクリレート、ラジカル硬化型
・不飽和のポリエステル樹脂、ラジカル硬化型
・ビニルエステル樹脂、ラジカル硬化型。

Claims (17)
- 少なくとも1つの液体用の少なくとも1つの供給開口(2)と、少なくとも1つの液状の硬化剤または架橋剤用の少なくとも1つの別の供給開口(3)とを備えた混合装置(1)であって、前記液体および/または前記液状の硬化剤または架橋剤は、気体と混合されており、さらに前記混合装置において製造可能な、前記少なくとも1つの液体と前記少なくとも1つの液状の硬化剤または架橋剤とから成る混合物を取り出すための取出し開口(4)を備えていて、前記気体が前記混合装置(1)内において発泡する圧力よりも大きな予め設定可能な圧力を保持するための圧力保持装置が設けられている混合装置(1)において、前記圧力保持装置は、前記混合装置(1)内に前記取出し開口(4)に対して相対的に移動可能に配置された調節部材を有していることを特徴とする、混合装置(1)。
- 前記圧力保持装置によって予め設定可能な圧力は、調節装置(5)を用いて可変であるか、若しくは段階的にまたは無段階式に調節可能である、請求項1記載の混合装置。
- 前記圧力保持装置は、前記取出し開口(4)の領域に配置された絞り(14)を有している、請求項1または2記載の混合装置。
- 前記調節部材によって、前記調節部材と前記取出し開口(4)との間に残っている間隙(6)が調節可能である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の混合装置。
- 前記混合装置(1)は、前記少なくとも1つの液体と前記少なくとも1つの液状の硬化剤または架橋剤とを混合させるための、回転する撹拌機(7)を有している、請求項4記載の混合装置。
- 前記撹拌機(7)は、移動可能に構成されていて、前記調節部材を形成している、請求項4または5記載の混合装置。
- 移動可能な前記調節部材は、蓄力器(8)によって前記取出し開口(4)に向かって予荷重をかけられている、請求項4から6までのいずれか1項記載の混合装置。
- 前記蓄力器(8)の強さを調節する装置が設けられている、請求項7記載の混合装置。
- 前記取出し開口(4)は、軸方向に移動できない撹拌機(7)に対して相対的に、前記取出し開口(4)と前記軸方向に移動できない撹拌機(7)との間に残っている間隙を調節するために移動可能である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の混合装置。
- 前記混合装置(1)は、縦長に形成されていて、前記少なくとも1つの液体用の前記少なくとも1つの供給開口(2)と、前記少なくとも1つの液状の硬化剤または架橋剤用の前記少なくとも1つの別の供給開口(3)とは、前記混合装置(1)の異なった軸方向位置に配置されている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の混合装置。
- 前記混合装置(1)の前記取出し開口(4)は、ノズル(9)に接続されている、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の混合装置。
- 前記混合装置(1)の混合室(12)を、シール作用をもって閉鎖するシール部材(15)が、撹拌機(7)の軸(16)の領域に設けられている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の混合装置。
- 前記シール部材(15)は、回転兼並進シール部材として形成されている、請求項12記載の混合装置。
- 請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の混合装置(1)を備えたアセンブリであって、さらに、
・少なくとも1つの液体用の供給源(10)を備えていて、該供給源(10)は、前記少なくとも1つの液体用の少なくとも1つの供給開口(2)に接続されており、かつ、
・少なくとも1つの液状の硬化剤または架橋剤用の供給源(11)を備えていて、該供給源(11)は、前記少なくとも1つの液状の硬化剤または架橋剤用の少なくとも1つの別の供給開口(3)に接続されている、アセンブリ。 - 前記少なくとも1つの液体は気体と混合されており、および/または、前記少なくとも1つの液状の硬化剤または架橋剤は気体と混合されている、請求項14記載のアセンブリ。
- 発泡された材料を製造する方法であって、気体と混合された少なくとも1つの液体を、少なくとも1つの液状の硬化剤または架橋剤と、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の混合装置(1)において、混合させ、このとき前記液体および/または前記液状の硬化剤または架橋剤は気体と混合させられており、次いで前記混合装置(1)の取出し開口(4)を通して取り出し、かつ取出し時または取出し後に膨張させる、方法において、前記少なくとも1つの液体と前記少なくとも1つの液状の硬化剤または架橋剤とを、前記混合装置(1)内において、前記少なくとも1つの液体および/または前記液状の硬化剤または架橋剤からの気体の脱気を阻止するような圧力において、混合させ、かつ前記混合装置(1)内において、少なくとも前記取出し開口(4)における取出しまで前記圧力を維持することを特徴とする、発泡された材料を製造する方法。
- 混合をインターバルをおいて行い、前記取出し開口(4)を前記インターバルの間は閉鎖しておく、請求項16記載の方法。
