Claims (13)
- 混合装置(1)であって、少なくとも1つの第1の液状のプラスチック成分用の、または第1の液状の気体を混入されたプラスチック成分用の、少なくとも1つの第1の供給開口(2)と、少なくとも1つの第2の液状のプラスチック成分用の、少なくとも1つの第2の供給開口(3)と、当該混合装置(1)において製造可能な、前記第1および第2の液状のプラスチック成分から成る混合物を、取り出すための取出し開口(4)とを有しており、当該混合装置(1)は、前記第1および第2の液状のプラスチック成分を混合する回転する撹拌機(7)を有していて、該撹拌機(7)と前記取出し開口(4)との間に間隙(6)が残されており、
前記取出し開口(4)と前記撹拌機(7)との間における相対運動によって前記間隙(6)または前記取出し開口(4)の大きさを変化させる移動調節装置(5)が設けられており、かつ

- 前記取出し開口(4)は、大きさ可変に形成されている、請求項1記載の混合装置。
- 前記混合装置(1)は、縦長に形成されていて、前記少なくとも1つの第1の液状のプラスチック成分用の前記少なくとも1つの供給開口(2)と、前記少なくとも1つの第2の液状のプラスチック成分用の前記少なくとも1つの別の供給開口(3)とは、当該混合装置(1)の異なった軸方向位置に配置されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の混合装置。
- 当該混合装置(1)の前記取出し開口(4)は、ノズル(9)に結合されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の混合装置。
- 当該混合装置(1)内における圧力のための予め設定された値は、20バール未満である、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の混合装置。
- 当該混合装置(1)内における圧力のための予め設定された値は、10バール未満である、請求項9記載の混合装置。
- 当該混合装置(1)内における圧力のための予め設定された値は、約2〜約4バールである、請求項10記載の混合装置。
- 請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の混合装置(1)を備えたアセンブリであって、
・前記少なくとも1つの第1の液状のプラスチック成分用の供給源(10)であって、該供給源(10)が、前記少なくとも1つの第1の液状のプラスチック成分用の前記少なくとも1つの供給開口(2)に接続されている、供給源(10)と、
・前記少なくとも1つの第2の液状のプラスチック成分用の供給源(11)であって、該供給源(11)が、前記少なくとも1つの第2の液状のプラスチック成分用の前記少なくとも1つの別の供給開口(3)に接続されている、供給源(11)と、
を備えたアセンブリ。 - 前記少なくとも1つの第1の液状のプラスチック成分が気体と混合されており、および/または、前記少なくとも1つの第2の液状のプラスチック成分が気体と混合されている、請求項12記載のアセンブリ。
