Description

本開示は眼科インプラントに関し、例えば被写界深度延長を伴う眼科インプラントに関する。
Claims (14)
- ヒトの眼にインプラントされるように構成されたレンズであって、前記レンズは、
透明材料を含み、それぞれが表面頂点を有する凸状前面と凹状後面とを有してメニスカス形状をなし、さらに射出瞳を有し、前記表面頂点を通過する光軸を有し、前記光軸に沿って約100マイクロメートル〜700マイクロメートルの厚みを有する光学部と、
インプラントされたときに前記光学部を前記眼に付けるために前記光学部のまわりに配置されたハプティック部と、を含み、
前記凸状前面と前記凹状後面とは非球面を含み、
前記凸状前面と前記凹状後面とは、0ジオプトリ〜2.5ジオプトリ(D)の物体のバージェンスについて、前記光学部の前記射出瞳において、Φ(r)=a+br2+cr4+dr6+er8によって表される放射パワー(radial power)プロファイルを提供するように成形され、rは前記凸状前面と前記凹状後面との表面頂点を通過して延びる光軸からの半径距離であり、a、b、c、d、及びeは0ではない係数であり、
前記凸状前面と前記凹状後面とは、前記光軸に沿って光が焦点を合わせる離散的焦点を生成しないように形成されている、レンズ。 - 前記凸状前面は回転対称である、請求項1に記載のレンズ。
- 前記凸状前面は円錐項又は双円錐項で表される形状を有する、請求項1に記載のレンズ。
- 前記凸状前面は、円錐項又は双円錐項と非球面高次摂動項とで表される形状を有する、請求項3に記載のレンズ。
- 前記凹状後面は円錐項又は双円錐項で表される形状を有する、請求項2に記載のレンズ。
- 前記円錐項又は双円錐項は0よりも大きい円錐定数を有する、請求項5に記載のレンズ。
- 前記円錐項又は双円錐項は少なくとも1の大きさの円錐定数を有する、請求項6に記載のレンズ。
- 前記円錐項又は双円錐項は少なくとも10の大きさの円錐定数を有する、請求項7に記載のレンズ。
- 前記凹状後面は回転非対称であり、且つ前記光学部の前記光軸を通過する異なる方向に異なる曲率を有する、請求項2〜4のいずれかに記載のレンズ。
- 前記凹状後面は前記光学部の前記光軸の直交方向に異なる曲率を有する、請求項9に記載のレンズ。
- 前記双円錐項は0より大きい円錐定数を有する、請求項10に記載のレンズ。
- 前記双円錐項は少なくとも1の大きさの円錐定数を有する、請求項11に記載のレンズ。
- 前記双円錐項は少なくとも10の大きさの円錐定数を有する、請求項12に記載のレンズ。
- 前記ハプティック部は、前記光学部の前記光軸が眼の中心光軸に沿って配置されるように、前記光学部を眼に安定させるように構成されている、請求項1に記載のレンズ。
