Claims (13)
- 複数の画素開口部及び画素開口部の間に位置するバンク絶縁膜を含む有機発光アレイ、及び
前記有機発光アレイと合着されたタッチ電極アレイを含み、
前記タッチ電極アレイは、
第1方向に配置され、複数の格子構造を含む複数の第1メッシュ電極、
前記第1メッシュ電極と同一層に位置し、前記第1メッシュ電極から絶縁され、前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に配置され、複数の格子構造を含む複数の第2メッシュ電極、
前記第1メッシュ電極と違う層に位置し、コンタクトホールを通じて第1方向に隣り合う第1メッシュ電極を連結するブリッジ、及び
前記第2方向に隣り合う他の第2メッシュ電極を互いに連結する連結パターンを含み、
前記ブリッジは、前記第2メッシュ電極及び前記連結パターンのうち前記連結パターンにだけ互いに交差するように重畳し、
前記連結パターンは互いに異なる方向に伸び、少なくとも1つの交差点で互いに交差して互いに接続し、少なくとも1つの交差点は、前記ブリッジと重畳しない、
インセルタッチ有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第1及び第2メッシュ電極、前記ブリッジ及び前記連結パターンは、前記バンク絶縁膜上に重畳するように位置する、
請求項1に記載のインセルタッチ有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第1メッシュ電極は、互いに異なる第3及び第4方向に交差するように位置して格子構造を形成する複数の第1及び第2ライン電極を含み、
前記第2メッシュ電極は、互いに異なる第3及び第4方向に交差するように位置して格子構造を形成する複数の第3及び第4ライン電極を含み、
前記連結パターンは、前記第3及び第4ライン電極から伸びるように構成された、
請求項2に記載のインセルタッチ有機発光表示装置。 - 前記画素開口部は、ダイヤモンド形に構成される、
請求項3に記載のインセルタッチ有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第1及び第2メッシュ電極の一部を覆うセグメント電極をさらに含む、
請求項1に記載のインセルタッチ有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第1メッシュ電極は、前記第1及び第2ライン電極の交差点を第1方向に連結する複数の第5ライン電極をさらに含み、
前記第2メッシュ電極は、前記第3及び第4ライン電極の交差点を第1方向に連結する複数の第6ライン電極をさらに含む、
請求項3に記載のインセルタッチ有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第5ライン電極は、前記第2方向に隣り合う他の第5ライン電極から前記第1及び第2ライン電極の交差点を挟んで互いに離隔し、
前記第6ライン電極は、前記第2方向に隣り合う他の第6ライン電極から前記第3及び第4ライン電極の交差点を挟んで互いに離隔する、
請求項6に記載のインセルタッチ有機発光表示装置。 - 前記ブリッジは、前記第5ライン電極に前記コンタクトホールを通じて接続するように前記第1方向に配列された、
請求項7に記載のインセルタッチ有機発光表示装置。 - 前記画素開口部は、三角形、逆三角形及びダイヤモンド形の画素開口部が混在するように構成された、
請求項7に記載のインセルタッチ有機発光表示装置。 - 前記画素開口部のうち三角形及び逆三角形の画素開口部は、前記第1ライン電極、前記第2ライン電極及び前記第5ライン電極が互いに交差して形成される領域に重畳するように位置するか、あるいは前記第3ライン電極、前記第4ライン電極及び前記第6ライン電極が互いに交差して形成される領域に重畳するように位置する、
請求項9に記載のインセルタッチ有機発光表示装置。 - 前記三角形及び前記逆三角形の画素開口部は、赤色及び緑色画素開口部であり、
前記ダイヤモンド形の画素開口部は、青色画素開口部である、
請求項9に記載のインセルタッチ有機発光表示装置。 - 前記逆三角形の画素開口部と前記三角形の画素開口部は、第2方向に隣り合って頂点が向き合うように位置し、前記ダイヤモンド形の画素開口部は、前記逆三角形の画素開口部及び前記三角形の画素開口部と前記第1方向に隣り合うように位置する、
請求項9に記載のインセルタッチ有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第2メッシュ電極の形状は、前記第1メッシュ電極の形状と異なる、請求項1に記載のインセルタッチ有機発光表示装置。
