Abstract
【解決手段】発光表示装置は、発光部と発光部の間に位置する非発光部を含む基板、発光部に位置する第1サブピクセルおよび第2サブピクセル、基板上に第1サブピクセルおよび第2サブピクセルにそれぞれ配置される第1電極、第1電極上に位置し非発光部に配置され、少なくとも一つの突起を含むバンク、発光部の第1電極およびバンク上に配置され、複数の発光ユニットおよび複数の発光ユニットの隣接した2個の発光ユニットの間に配置される電荷生成層を含む発光素子層、発光素子層上に配置される第2電極を含むことができる。

Description
第1電子輸送層ETL-1は電子の輸送を円滑にする役割をし、Alq3(tris(8-hydroxyquinolino)aluminum)、PBD(2-(4-biphenylyl)-5-(4-tert-butylpheny)-1,3,4oxadiazole)、TAZ、spiro-PBD、BAlqおよびSAlqからなる群から選択されたいずれか一つ以上からなり得るがこれに限定されない。

Claims (20)
- 発光部と前記発光部の間に位置する非発光部を含む基板と、
前記発光部に位置する第1サブピクセルおよび第2サブピクセルと、
前記基板上であって、前記第1サブピクセルおよび第2サブピクセルにそれぞれ配置される第1電極と、
前記第1電極上および前記非発光部上に配置され、上面から上部に突出した少なくとも一つの突起を含むバンクと、
前記発光部の前記第1電極および前記バンク上に配置され、複数の発光ユニットおよび前記複数の発光ユニットの隣接した2個の発光ユニットの間に配置される電荷生成層を含む発光素子層と、
前記発光素子層上に配置される第2電極を含む、発光表示装置。 - 前記突起が形成された前記バンクの第1領域の第1厚さが、前記第1領域に隣接した前記バンクの第2領域の第2厚さより大きい、請求項1に記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記バンクの上面は屈曲部分を有する、請求項1に記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記発光素子層は前記バンクの上面の屈曲部分に沿って配置される、請求項3に記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記第1サブピクセルおよび前記第2サブピクセルは互いに異なる駆動電圧を有するように構成される、請求項1に記載の発光表示装置。
- 第3サブピクセルをさらに含み、
前記第1サブピクセルと第2サブピクセルと第3サブピクセルの隣り合う前記サブピクセル間の距離のうち少なくとも2つが互いに異なる、請求項1に記載の発光表示装置。 - 前記第1サブピクセル、第2サブピクセル、第3サブピクセルのうち最も大きい駆動電圧を有するように構成されるサブピクセルと他のサブピクセル間の距離は他のサブピクセル間の距離より小さい、請求項6に記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記電荷生成層は第1電荷生成層および第2電荷生成層を含む、請求項1に記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記第1電荷生成層はリチウム(Li)、ナトリウム(Na)、カリウム(K)、またはセシウム(Cs)のアルカリ金属と、マグネシウム(Mg)、ストロンチウム(Sr)、バリウム(Ba)、またはラジウム(Ra)のアルカリ土類金属のうち一つ以上を含む、請求項8に記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記第1電荷生成層はN-タイプドーパントを含み、前記第2電荷生成層はP-タイプドーパントを含む、請求項8に記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記複数の発光ユニットはそれぞれ発光層を含む、請求項1に記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記複数の発光ユニットに含まれた発光層のうち少なくとも一つは青色を発光する、請求項11に記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記複数の発光ユニットは少なくとも3個の発光ユニットを含み、
前記少なくとも3個の発光ユニットは同じ色を発光する、請求項1に記載の発光表示装置。 - 前記少なくとも3個の発光ユニットは青色を発光する、請求項13に記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記発光層は前記第1サブピクセルおよび第2サブピクセルにそれぞれ配置され、互いに離隔する、請求項11に記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記第1サブピクセルおよび第2サブピクセルのそれぞれに配置された発光層は同じサブピクセルで同じ色を発光する、請求項15に記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記非発光部に配置されるデータラインおよび電源配線をさらに含み、
前記データラインおよび前記電源配線それぞれは前記バンクの突起と重なる、請求項1に記載の発光表示装置。 - タッチセンサ層上に配置されるカラーフィルタ層をさらに含み、
前記カラーフィルタ層は、ブラックマトリクスおよび前記ブラックマトリクス上に配置されたカラーフィルタを含み、
前記カラーフィルタの厚さは前記ブラックマトリクスの厚さより大きい、請求項1に記載の発光表示装置。 - 発光部と前記発光部の間に位置する非発光部を含む基板と、
前記発光部に位置する複数のサブピクセルと、
前記基板上に配置され、前記複数のサブピクセルそれぞれに配置される第1電極と、
前記第1電極上であって、互いに隣接するサブピクセル間に配置されるバンクと、
前記発光部の前記第1電極および前記バンク上に配置され、複数の発光ユニットおよび前記複数の発光ユニットの隣接した2個の発光ユニットの間に配置される電荷生成層を含む発光素子層と、
前記発光素子層上に配置される第2電極を含み、
前記隣接するサブピクセル間の前記発光素子層には電子が移動する電子移動通路が形成され、
前記電子移動通路の長さは前記隣接するサブピクセル間の距離より長い、発光表示装置。 - 発光部と前記発光部の間に位置する非発光部を含む基板と、
前記発光部に配置され、第1電極をそれぞれ含む複数のサブピクセルと、
前記第1電極上であって、前記非発光部に配置され、隣接した2個のサブピクセルの間の部分で異なる高さを有するバンクと、
異なる高さを有する前記バンク部分上に配置される発光素子層と、
前記発光素子層上に配置される第2電極を含む、発光表示装置。
