Description
以下、本発明を具体化した一実施形態を図1〜図4にしたがって説明する。
電動圧縮機は、車載用の空調装置に用いられ、冷媒を圧縮して吐出する圧縮部と、圧縮部の駆動源である電動モータと、電動モータを駆動させるためのインバータとを備えている。まず、電動圧縮機の電気的構成を図1に従って説明する。
制御装置40は、ステップS1で、所定時間経過か否かを判断する。ここで所定時間とは、例えば、100ms(ミリ秒)程度の間隔である。ステップS1で所定時間経過していればステップS2に進み、回転数制限値を算出する。回転数制限値の算出は、電圧センサ30から入力される現在の車両バッテリEの電圧値と、マップとから算出される。
制御装置40は、ステップS2で回転数制限値を算出した後、ステップS3で現在設定されている目標回転数が回転数制限値より大きいか否かを判断する。制御装置40は、ステップS3で現在設定されている目標回転数が回転数制限値以下であれば、目標回転数の更新は行わないでステップS1に戻る。制御装置40は、ステップS3で現在設定されている目標回転数が回転数制限値より大きければ、ステップS4に進み、目標回転数の更新を行う。具体的には、回転数制限値を目標回転数に設定する。
ステップS5で空調ECU50からの指令受信があれば、ステップS18に進み、指令回転数が目標回転数(回転数制限値)以上か否かの判断を行う。ステップS18で指令回転数が目標回転数以上であれば、現在設定されている目標回転数の更新は行わないでステップS6に進む。ステップS18で指令回転数が目標回転数より小さければ、ステップS12に進む。
図3に示すように、回転数制限値より小さな回転数で電動モータ11を駆動している状態(t1以前)で、時間t1において、制御装置40が空調ECU50から現在の回転数より大きく、かつ回転数制限値より大きな回転数の指令を受けた場合、電動モータ11は、回転数が回転数制限値に達するように上限値以下の上昇率で駆動制御され、時間t2において回転数制限値の回転数に達する。
(1)車載用電動圧縮機の制御方法は、バッテリ(車両バッテリE)を電源とした車載用電動圧縮機に設けられた電動モータ11を駆動制御する制御装置(制御部)40を有する車載用電動圧縮機の制御方法である。そして、制御装置40は、時間当たりの電動モータ11の回転数の上昇率の上限値及び時間当たりの電動モータ11の回転数の下降率の上限値を有すとともに、目標回転数を設定し電動モータ11の回転数が目標回転数となるように電動モータ11を駆動制御する。また、制御装置40は、他の制御部(空調ECU50)から要求された電動モータ11の回転数を目標回転数に設定した場合、上昇率の上限値以下の上昇率又は下降率の上限値以下の下降率で電動モータ11の回転数を変動させるとともに、バッテリの電圧値に応じて決められる回転数制限値を目標回転数に設定した場合、必要に応じて前記下降率の上限値を超える下降率で前記電動モータの回転数を下げる。
○ 電動モータ11の回転数を目標回転数になるように上昇又は下降する際の上昇率/下降率は目標回転数に到達するまで一定である必要はなく、変動してもよい。
○ インバータ12の各パワースイッチング素子Qu1〜Qw2として、IGBTに代えてパワーMOSFETを用いてもよい。この場合、パワーMOSFETは寄生ダイオードを有するため、寄生ダイオードが各パワースイッチング素子Qu1〜Qw2にそれぞれ接続されたダイオードDu1〜Dw2の役割を果たすため、ダイオードDu1〜Dw2を接続する手間が不要になり、構成も簡単になる。
○ 上位の制御装置は、空調ECU50に限らない。
(1)バッテリを電源とした車載用電動圧縮機であって、電動モータを駆動制御する制御部を有し、前記制御部は、時間当たりの前記電動モータの回転数の上昇率の上限値及び時間当たりの前記電動モータの回転数の下降率の上限値を有すとともに、目標回転数を設定し前記電動モータの回転数が前記目標回転数となるように前記電動モータを駆動制御し、
他の制御部から要求された前記電動モータの回転数を前記目標回転数に設定した場合、前記上昇率の上限値以下の上昇率又は前記下降率の上限値以下の下降率で前記電動モータの回転数を変動させるとともに、前記バッテリの電圧値に応じて決められる回転数制限値を前記目標回転数に設定した場合、必要に応じて前記下降率の上限値を超える下降率で前記電動モータの回転数を下げる車載用電動圧縮機。
Claims (1)
- バッテリを電源とした車載用電動圧縮機に設けられた電動モータを、スイッチング素子を有するインバータを用いて駆動制御する制御部を有する車載用電動圧縮機の制御方法であって、
前記制御部は、時間当たりの前記電動モータの回転数の上昇率の上限値及び時間当たりの前記電動モータの回転数の下降率の上限値を有するとともに、目標回転数を設定し前記電動モータの回転数が前記目標回転数となるように前記電動モータを駆動制御し、
前記制御部は、他の制御部から要求された電動モータの回転数が前記バッテリの電圧値に応じて決められる回転数制限値よりも小さい場合に、前記他の制御部から要求された電動モータの回転数を前記目標回転数に設定し、前記上昇率の上限値以下の上昇率又は前記下降率の上限値以下の下降率で前記電動モータの回転数を変動させ、
前記回転数制限値が前記他の制御部から要求された電動モータの回転数よりも小さい場合に前記回転数制限値を前記目標回転数に設定し、前記回転数制限値が前記目標回転数に設定され且つ前記回転数制限値の下降率が前記下降率の上限値よりも高い場合には、前記下降率の上限値を超える下降率で前記電動モータの回転数を下げることを特徴とする車載用電動圧縮機の制御方法。
