Description
以下、本発明の実施形態について図面を基に説明する。図1は、本発明の第1実施形態を示す鉄道車両用の防火カバー付き軸ばねの正面図であり、右半分は断面を示す。図示のように、本実施形態の防火カバー付き軸ばねは、コニカルストッパー型の軸ばねに防火カバーが取り付けられた構成とされている。
図3は、本発明の第2実施形態を示す鉄道車両用の防火カバー付き軸ばねの正面図であり、右半分は断面を示す。本実施形態では、防火カバー内に不活性ガスを供給するガス供給装置と、防火カバー内のガスを排気する排気路と、ガス供給装置からの不活性ガスの供給及び排気路の開閉を制御する制御部が設けられた点が特徴とされており、その他の構成は第1実施形態と同様とされる。
図4は、本発明の第3実施形態を示す鉄道車両用の防火カバー付き軸ばねの正面図であり、右半分は断面を示す。本実施形態では、防火カバー内の異常を検知する異常検知センサが設けられ、制御部が異常検知センサからの信号によって異常を検知したときに、ガス供給装置からの不活性ガスの供給及び排気路の開閉を制御する点が特徴とされ、その他の構成は第2実施形態と同様とされる。

Claims (6)
- ゴム状弾性体を有する軸ばねと、前記軸ばねに対し、前記ゴム状弾性体を気密に囲むように取り付けられた筒状の防火カバーと、前記防火カバー内に不活性ガスを供給するガス供給装置と、前記ガス供給装置からの不活性ガスの供給を制御する制御部とを備え、前記防火カバーは難燃性を有し、前記防火カバー内が不活性ガスで充填されたことを特徴とする防火カバー付き軸ばね。
- 前記不活性ガスは、前記ゴム状弾性体と、前記防火カバーとの間の空間に充填されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の防火カバー付き軸ばね。
- 前記防火カバーの上端部及び下端部は、締付バンドによって前記軸ばねに止着されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の防火カバー付き軸ばね。
- 前記制御部は、所定時間経過ごとに前記防火カバー内に不活性ガスを供給することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の防火カバー付き軸ばね。
- 前記防火カバー内のガスを排気する排気路が設けられ、前記排気路は、前記制御部によって開閉制御され、前記制御部は、前記防火カバー内に不活性ガスを供給するときに前記排気路を開放し、不活性ガスの供給を停止するときに前記排気路を閉鎖することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の防火カバー付き軸ばね。
- 前記防火カバー内の異常を検知する異常検知センサが設けられ、前記制御部は、前記異常検知センサが異常を検知したときに、前記ガス供給装置から前記防火カバー内に不活性ガスを供給することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の防火カバー付き軸ばね。
