Description
本開示は以下の態様も包含する。
[1] 多孔質支持体と、熱分解ガスクロマトグラフィーにより測定されたときに、0.75%〜0.95%のアゾ(−N=N−)含有量を保有することを特徴とする薄膜ポリアミド層と、を備える、薄膜複合ポリアミド皮膜。
[2] 前記薄膜ポリアミド層が、0.80%〜0.90%のアゾ含有量を保有することをさらに特徴とする、上記態様1に記載の前記皮膜。
[3] 前記薄膜ポリアミド層が、GS MSにより測定されたときに、650℃での熱分解に際して2.0%〜4.0%の比率の式II及びIIIにより表される二量体を生成することをさらに特徴とする、上記態様1または2に記載の前記皮膜。
[5] 前記薄膜ポリアミド層が、3.0%〜4.0%の比率前記二量体を生成することをさらに特徴とする、上記態様3に記載の前記皮膜。
[6] 前記薄膜ポリアミド層が、pH9.5でのRBSにより測定されたときに、0.18mol/kg未満の解離カルボン酸塩含有量を保有することをさらに特徴とする、上記態様1〜5のいずれかに記載の前記皮膜。
[7] 前記薄膜ポリアミド層が、pH9.5でのRBSにより測定されたときに、0.09mol/kg未満の解離カルボン酸塩含有量を保有することをさらに特徴とする、上記態様1〜6のいずれかに記載の前記皮膜。
[8] 前記薄膜ポリアミド層が、ATR IRにより測定されたときに、0.10以下のCOOH/アミド比を保有することをさらに特徴とする、上記態様1〜7のいずれかに記載の前記皮膜。
[9] 前記薄膜ポリアミド層が、ATR IRにより測定されたときに、0.13以下のCOOH/アミド比を保有することをさらに特徴とする、上記態様1〜8のいずれかに記載の前記皮膜。
[10] 前記薄膜ポリアミド層が、
i)2.0%〜4.0%の二量体比と、
ii)0.09mol/kg未満の解離カルボン酸塩含有量と、
iii)0.10以下のCOOH/アミド比と、を保有することをさらに特徴とする、上記態様1〜9のいずれかに記載の前記皮膜。
Claims (10)
- 多孔質支持体と、薄膜ポリアミド層とを備える、薄膜複合ポリアミド皮膜であって、前記薄膜ポリアミド層が、校正標準として重クロム酸アンモニウムを使用し、前記ポリアミド層を550℃で6秒間熱分解する熱分解ガスクロマトグラフィーにより測定されたときに、0.75重量%〜0.95重量%のアゾ(−N=N−)含有量を保有することを特徴とし、前記アゾ含有量が、アゾ(−N=N−)基により結合される2つの芳香族化合物から得られるジアゾニウム結合及びアゾ結合の量を指し、
前記薄膜ポリアミド層が、GS MSにより測定されたときに、650℃での熱分解に際して2.0%以上5%未満の比率の式II及びIIIにより表される二量体を生成することをさらに特徴とする、前記皮膜。
- 前記薄膜ポリアミド層が、0.80重量%〜0.90重量%のアゾ含有量を保有することをさらに特徴とする、請求項1に記載の前記皮膜。
- 前記薄膜ポリアミド層が、2.0%〜4.0%の比率の前記二量体を生成することをさらに特徴とする、請求項1に記載の前記皮膜。
- 前記薄膜ポリアミド層が、2.4%〜4.0%の比率の前記二量体を生成することをさらに特徴とする、請求項1に記載の前記皮膜。
- 前記薄膜ポリアミド層が、3.0%〜4.0%の比率の前記二量体を生成することをさらに特徴とする、請求項1に記載の前記皮膜。
- 前記薄膜ポリアミド層が、pH9.5でのRBSにより測定されたときに、0.18mol/kg未満の解離カルボン酸塩含有量を保有することをさらに特徴とする、請求項1に記載の前記皮膜。
- 前記薄膜ポリアミド層が、pH9.5でのRBSにより測定されたときに、0.09mol/kg未満の解離カルボン酸塩含有量を保有することをさらに特徴とする、請求項1に記載の前記皮膜。
- 前記薄膜ポリアミド層が、ATR IRにより測定され、カルボン酸ピーク高が1765cm -1 で単一のポイント標準線を有する1706cm -1 で測定され、アミドピーク高が1765cm -1 で単一のポイント標準線を有する1656cm -1 で測定されたときに、0.10以下のCOOH/アミド比を保有することをさらに特徴とする、請求項1に記載の前記皮膜。
- 前記薄膜ポリアミド層が、ATR IRにより測定され、カルボン酸ピーク高が1765cm -1 で単一のポイント標準線を有する1706cm -1 で測定され、アミドピーク高が1765cm -1 で単一のポイント標準線を有する1656cm -1 で測定されたときに、0.13以下のCOOH/アミド比を保有することをさらに特徴とする、請求項1に記載の前記皮膜。
- 前記薄膜ポリアミド層が、ATR IRにより測定され、カルボン酸ピーク高が1765cm -1 で単一のポイント標準線を有する1706cm -1 で測定され、アミドピーク高が1765cm -1 で単一のポイント標準線を有する1656cm -1 で測定されたときに、
i)2.0%〜4.0%の二量体比と、
ii)0.09mol/kg未満の解離カルボン酸塩含有量と、
iii)0.10以下のCOOH/アミド比と、を保有することをさらに特徴とする、請求項1に記載の前記皮膜。
