Claims (4)
- 基板のスルーホールに圧入される圧入部を有し、該圧入部によって前記スルーホールの内周面の電極に接触するプレスフィット端子であって、
前記圧入部は、圧入方向に沿って延びるとともに、前記基板の面に沿った方向に貫通する貫通孔と、外側に凸の曲面状の内縁部および外縁部を有して前記貫通孔を挟む一対の弾性片と、を備え、
前記貫通孔は、先端円弧状部と基端円弧状部とを有して圧入方向に沿って延びる長孔状に形成され、
前記弾性片は、前記基端円弧状部の周囲よりも前記先端円弧状部の周囲において肉薄に形成され、
前記弾性片は、前記内縁部を外側に平行移動させた際に前記外縁部と重なるような中央圧接部を有することを特徴とするプレスフィット端子。 - 基板のスルーホールに圧入される圧入部を有し、該圧入部によって前記スルーホールの内周面の電極に接触するプレスフィット端子であって、
前記圧入部は、圧入方向に沿って延びるとともに、前記基板の面に沿った方向に貫通する貫通孔と、外側に凸の曲面状の内縁部および外縁部を有して前記貫通孔を挟む一対の弾性片と、を備え、
前記貫通孔は、先端円弧状部と基端円弧状部とを有して圧入方向に沿って延びる長孔状に形成され、
前記弾性片は、前記基端円弧状部の周囲よりも前記先端円弧状部の周囲において肉薄に形成され、
前記基端円弧状部の中心は、前記先端円弧状部の中心よりも、圧入方向において前記圧入部の最大幅部の近くに配置され、
前記基端円弧状部は、前記先端円弧状部よりも曲率半径が大きく、
前記貫通孔は、前記最大幅部を基準として先端側が基端側よりも長いことを特徴とするプレスフィット端子。 - 基板のスルーホールに圧入される圧入部を有し、該圧入部によって前記スルーホールの内周面の電極に接触するプレスフィット端子であって、
前記圧入部は、圧入方向に沿って延びるとともに、前記基板の面に沿った方向に貫通する貫通孔と、外側に凸の曲面状の内縁部および外縁部を有して前記貫通孔を挟む一対の弾性片と、を備え、
前記貫通孔は、先端円弧状部と基端円弧状部とを有して圧入方向に沿って延びる長孔状に形成され、
前記弾性片は、前記基端円弧状部の周囲よりも前記先端円弧状部の周囲において肉薄に形成され、
前記外縁部は、前記圧入部の最大幅部を通過する面を対称面として、先端側と基端側とが面対称に形成されていることを特徴とするプレスフィット端子。 - 前記外縁部は、圧入方向から見て外側に凸状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のプレスフィット端子。
