Claims (13)
- バルーンカテーテルのバルーンの外表面にコーティング層を形成するバルーンコーティング方法であって、
前記バルーンの先端部を当該バルーンの軸心方向へ引っ張ることで前記バルーンの湾曲を矯正する引張工程と、
前記バルーンの湾曲を矯正した状態を維持しつつ前記バルーンを当該バルーンの軸心を中心として回転させ、前記バルーンの外表面に薬剤を含むコーティング液を塗布する塗布工程と、を有するバルーンコーティング方法。 - 前記引張工程において、引っ張り力を任意に調節可能とする請求項1に記載のバルーンコーティング方法。
- 前記塗布工程において、前記バルーンを回転させる回転機構と異なる第2回転機構により、前記バルーンに引っ張り力を作用させる部材を前記バルーンと同一の回転速度で回転させる請求項1または2に記載のバルーンコーティング方法。
- 前記引張工程において、前記バルーンの振れ量が0.5mm以下となるように矯正する請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のバルーンコーティング方法。
- 前記引張工程において、弾性部材を介して前記バルーンに引っ張り力を作用させる請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のバルーンコーティング方法。
- 前記引張工程において、前記バルーンの内側に位置して前記バルーンの先端部が接着された内管を引っ張ることで前記バルーンに引っ張り力を作用させる請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のバルーンコーティング方法。
- 前記引張工程において、前記バルーンの先端部を引っ張ることで前記バルーンに引っ張り力を作用させる請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のバルーンコーティング方法。
- 前記引張工程および塗布工程において、前記バルーンの内側に位置する内管に芯材が挿通されている請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のバルーンコーティング方法。
- バルーンカテーテルのバルーンの外表面にコーティング層を形成するバルーンコーティング装置であって、
前記バルーンを当該バルーンの軸心を中心として回転させる回転機構と、
前記バルーンを回転可能な状態に維持しつつ前記バルーンの先端部を当該バルーンの軸心方向へ引っ張る引張機構と、
薬剤を含むコーティング液を前記バルーンの外表面に塗布する塗布機構と、を有するバルーンコーティング装置。 - 前記引張機構は、引っ張り力を任意に調節可能である請求項9に記載のバルーンコーティング装置。
- 前記引張機構を前記バルーンと同一の回転速度で回転させる第2回転機構を有する請求項9または10のいずれか1項に記載のバルーンコーティング装置。
- 前記引張機構は、前記バルーンに引っ張り力を作用させる弾性部材を有する請求項9〜11のいずれか1項に記載のバルーンコーティング装置。
- 前記引張機構は、前記バルーンカテーテルの前記バルーンに連結、または前記バルーンの内側に位置して前記バルーンの先端部が接着された内管に連結される連結部を有する請求項9〜12のいずれか1項に記載のバルーンコーティング装置。
