Description
そして、充電判断検出手段により車両の充電判断状態が検出された時に、ブレーキペダルの踏込み量が、第1のブレーキ踏込み量よりも踏込み量が多い第2のブレーキ踏込み量で、シフトレバーの基準位置から所定の操作位置への遷移操作を有効にするので、充電判断状態が検出されていてもブレーキペダルの踏込み量が多くなった時には、シフトレバーの基準位置から所定の操作位置への遷移操作が有効になる。このため、充電判断状態が検出されていても、ブレーキペダルの踏込み量が多くなった時に、決められた制限を満たしたとされて、シフトレバーの遷移操作を有効にすることが可能になる。

Claims (3)
- 外部から電力が供給されて充電が実施される車両のシフト制御装置であって、
前記車両の充電判断状態の検出を行う充電判断検出手段と、
所定の基準位置に維持されるシフトレバーと、
操作された際に前記基準位置にあるシフトレバーの操作を有効にする制限部材と、
前記充電判断検出手段により前記車両の充電判断状態が検出されていない時に、前記制限部材の操作量が第1の変更条件量で前記シフトレバーの前記基準位置から前記所定の操作位置への遷移操作を有効にすると共に、前記充電判断検出手段により前記車両の充電判断状態が検出された時に前記制限部材の操作量が前記第1の変更条件量よりも操作量が多い第2の変更条件量で、前記シフトレバーの前記基準位置から前記所定の操作位置への遷移操作を有効にする制御手段とを備え、
前記制限部材はブレーキペダルであり、前記制限部材の操作量は前記ブレーキペダルの踏込み量であり、
前記ブレーキペダルの踏込み量が、前記充電判断検出手段により前記車両の充電判断状態が検出されていない時に、前記第1の変更条件量である第1のブレーキ踏込み量で前記シフトレバーの前記基準位置から前記所定の操作位置への遷移操作を有効にし、
前記ブレーキペダルの踏込み量が、前記充電判断検出手段により前記車両の充電判断状態が検出された時に、前記第1のブレーキ踏込み量よりも踏込み量が多い前記第2の変更条件量である第2のブレーキ踏込み量で、前記シフトレバーの前記基準位置から前記所定の操作位置への遷移操作を有効にする
ことを特徴とするシフト制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載のシフト制御装置において、
前記第2の変更条件量で前記シフトレバーの前記基準位置から前記所定の操作位置への遷移操作を有効にする際に、前記車両の走行を制限する制限手段の動作状況を条件にする ことを特徴とするシフト制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載のシフト制御装置において、
前記制限手段は、駐車ブレーキであり、
前記駐車ブレーキが非作動の時に、前記第2の変更条件量で前記シフトレバーの前記基準位置から前記所定の操作位置への遷移操作を有効にする
ことを特徴とするシフト制御装置。
