Description
本出願は、2013年10月29日に出願された欧州出願欧州特許第13190717.2号に対する優先権を主張し、本出願の全内容は、参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。参照により本明細書に組み込まれる特許、特許出願、および刊行物のいずれかの開示が用語を不明瞭にさせ得る程度まで本出願の記載と矛盾する場合、本記載が優先するものとする。
a)21.0〜99.6重量%の、少なくとも1個のカルボン酸基を含む少なくとも1種のポリアミド;
b)0.3〜9.0重量%の少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ゴム;
c)0.1〜3.0重量%の、少なくとも1個のイソシアネート基を有する少なくとも1種の化合物;
d)0〜65.0重量%の少なくとも1種の充填剤;および
e)0〜2.0重量%の少なくとも1種の添加剤
を含む組成物であって、
a)〜e)の重量%の合計が100重量%になる、組成物に関する。
式(I):−NH−R1−CO−
式(II):−NH−R2−NH−CO−R3−CO−
(式中:
− R1は、出現するごとに互いに等しいかまたは異なり、1〜17個の炭素原子を有する二価炭化水素基であり;
− R2は、出現するごとに互いに等しいかまたは異なり、1〜18個の炭素原子を有する二価炭化水素基であり;および
− R3は、出現するごとに互いに等しいかまたは異なり、1〜16個の炭素原子を有する二価炭化水素基である)
のいずれかに従う繰り返し単位[繰り返し単位(RPA)]を含むポリアミドを意味することが意図される。
(i)−NH−(CH2)5−CO−、すなわち、特にε−カプロラクタムの重縮合反応によって得ることができる繰り返し単位;
(ii)−NH−(CH2)8−CO−、すなわち、特に9−アミノノナン酸の重縮合反応によって得ることができる繰り返し単位;
(iii)−NH−(CH2)9−CO−、すなわち、特に10−アミノデカン酸の重縮合反応によって得ることができる繰り返し単位;
(iv)−NH−(CH2)10−CO−、すなわち、特に11−アミノウンデカン酸の重縮合反応によって得ることができる繰り返し単位;
(v)−NH−(CH2)11−CO−、すなわち、特にラウロラクタムの重縮合反応によって得ることができる繰り返し単位;
(vi)−NH−(CH2)6−NH−CO−(CH2)4−CO−、すなわち、特にヘキサメチレンジアミンとアジピン酸との重縮合反応によって得ることができる繰り返し単位;
(vii)−NH−(CH2)6−NH−CO−(CH2)8−CO−、すなわち、特にヘキサメチレンジアミンとセバシン酸との重縮合反応によって得ることができる繰り返し単位;
(viii)−NH−(CH2)6−NH−CO−(CH2)10−CO−、すなわち、特にヘキサメチレンジアミンとドデカン酸との重縮合反応によって得ることができる繰り返し単位;
(ix)−NH−(CH2)10−NH−CO−(CH2)10−CO−、すなわち、特にデカメチレンジアミンとドデカン酸との重縮合反応によって得ることができる繰り返し単位;
(x)−NH−(CH2)6−NH−CO−(CH2)7−CO−、すなわち、ヘキサメチレンジアミンとアゼライン酸(別にノナン二酸として知られる)との重縮合反応によって得ることができる繰り返し単位;
(xi)−NH−(CH2)12−NH−CO−(CH2)10−CO−、すなわち、特にドデカメチレンジアミンとドデカン酸との重縮合反応によって得ることができる繰り返し単位;
(xii)−NH−(CH2)10−NH−CO−(CH2)8−CO−、すなわち、特にデカメチレンジアミンとデカン酸との重縮合反応によって得ることができる繰り返し単位;
(k)−NH−(CH2)4−NH−CO−(CH2)4−CO−、すなわち、特に1,4−ブタンジアミンとアジピン酸との重縮合反応によって得ることができる繰り返し単位;および
(kk)−NH−(CH2)4−NH−CO−(CH2)8−CO−、すなわち、特に1,4−ブタンジアミンとセバシン酸との重縮合反応によって得ることができる繰り返し単位
である。

のポリイソシアネートである。好適であり得るポリイソシアネートの例は、イソホロンジイソシアネート、1,3−および1,4−シクロヘキサンジイソシアネート、1,2−エチレンジイソシアネート、1,4−テトラメチレンジイソシアネート、1,6−ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート、2,2,4−および2,4,4−トリメチル−1,6−ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート、1,12−ドデカンジイソシアネート、α,α’−ジイソシアナトジプロピルエーテル、1,3−シクロブタンジイソシアネート、2,2−および2,6−ジイソシアナト−1−メチルシクロヘキサン、2,5−および3,5−ビス(イソシアナトメチル)−8−メチル−1,4−メタノデカヒドロナフタレン、1,5−、2,5−、1,6−および2,6−ビス(イソシアナトメチル)−4,7−メタノヘキサヒドロインダン、1,5−、2,5−および2,6−ビス(イソシアナト)−4,7−メタノヘキサヒドロインダン、2,4’−および4,4’−ジシクロヘキシルジイソシアネート、2,4−および2,6−ヘキサヒドロトリレンジイソシアネート、パーヒドロ−2,4’−および4,4’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート、α,α’−ジイソシアナト−1,4−ジエチルベンゼン、1,3−および1,4−フェニレンジイソシアネート、4,4’−ジイソシアナトビフェニル、4,4’−ジイソシアナト−3,3’−ジクロロビフェニル、4,4’−ジイソシアナト−3,3’−ジメトキシビフェニル、4,4’−ジイソシアナト−3,3’−ジメチルビフェニル、4,4’−ジイソシアナト−3,3’−ジフェニルビフェニル、2,4’−および4,4’−ジイソシアナトジフェニルメタン、1,5−ナフチレンジイソシアネート、2,4−および2,6−トリレンジイソシアネート、N,N’−(4,4’−ジメチル−3,3’−ジイソシアナトジフェニル)ウレトジオン、m−キシレンジイソシアネート、ジシクロヘキシルメタンジイソシアネート、テトラメチルキシリレンジイソシアネート、2,4,4’−トリイソシアナトジフェニルエーテル、4,4’,4’−トリイソシアナトトリフェニルメタン、ならびにそれらの類似物および混合物であってもよい。
実施例1および実施例2(比較例のための):ポリアミド6,6、HDB(ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートビウレット)、ガラス繊維および酸化防止剤の混合物。
実施例3および実施例4:ポリアミド6,6、HDB、SEBS(スチレン−エチレン/ブチレン−スチレン)、ガラス繊維および酸化防止剤の混合物。
− HDB:VencoreXからのトロネートHDB(登録商標)、
− SEBS:Third Sector Research Centre(TSRC)からのTaipol(登録商標)6150、
− ガラス繊維:Nippon Electric Glass(NEG)からの289H、
− ポリアミド:SolvayからのTechnyl(登録商標)27B10、
− 酸化防止剤:BASFからのIrganox(登録商標)B1171。
ポリアミド6,6の加熱をその融点以上で行って、溶融ポリアミド6,6を製造した。前記溶融ポリアミド6,6、HDB、ガラス繊維、および酸化防止剤を、スクリュー長さ/直径比40のJSW(Japan Steel Works)CorporationからのTES−30二軸共押出し型押出機で一緒に混合することによって、実施例1比較および実施例2比較を得、一方でガラス繊維は、サイドフィーダによって導入した。押出し温度は、ノズルからホッパーまで250−250−250−250−260−260−230−210−150℃であり、スループットおよびRPMは、それぞれ、30kg/時間および300であった。
実施例3および実施例4のためのマスターバッチを、最初にSEBSおよびHDBを一緒に混合することによって調製した。ポリアミド6,6、ガラス繊維および酸化防止剤を、ポリアミド6,6の融点以上の温度で一緒に加熱することによって、溶融ポリアミド6,6マトリックスを同様に製造した。その後に、前記マスターバッチを溶融ポリアミド6,6マトリックス中にサイドフィーダを介して導入して、それぞれ、実施例3および実施例4を得た。
Claims (11)
- i)b)少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ゴムとc)少なくとも1個のイソシアネート基を有する少なくとも1種の化合物との混合物を含むマスターバッチを調製する工程と;
ii)a)少なくとも1個のカルボン酸基を含む少なくとも1種のポリアミド、および任意選択でd)少なくとも1種の充填剤をポリアミドの融点以上の温度で加熱して、溶融ポリアミドマトリックスを得る工程と;
iii)マスターバッチの少なくとも一部を溶融ポリアミドマトリックスに添加する工程と
を含む、組成物を製造するための方法であって、
組成物が、
a)21.0〜99.6重量%の、少なくとも1個のカルボン酸基を含む少なくとも1種のポリアミド;
b)0.3〜9.0重量%の少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ゴム;
c)0.1〜3.0重量%の、少なくとも1個のイソシアネート基を有する少なくとも1種の化合物;
d)0〜65.0重量%の少なくとも1種の充填剤;
e)0〜2.0重量%の少なくとも1種の添加剤
を含み、
a)〜e)の重量%の合計が100重量%になり、熱可塑性ゴムが、スチレン−エチレン/ブチレン−スチレン(SEBS)、スチレン−エチレン/プロピレン−スチレン(SEPS)、スチレン−エチレン/エチレン/プロピレン−スチレン(SEEPS)、およびそれらの任意の組合せからなる群から選択される、スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(STPE)を含み、少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ゴムと少なくとも1個のイソシアネート基を有する少なくとも1種の化合物との比が2:1〜4:1であり、少なくとも1個のイソシアネート基を有する化合物が、オリゴマー性ポリイソシアネートである、組成物を製造するための方法。 - i)b)少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ゴムとc)少なくとも1個のイソシアネート基を有する少なくとも1種の化合物との混合物を含むマスターバッチを調製する工程と;
ii)a)少なくとも1個のカルボン酸基を含む少なくとも1種のポリアミド、および任意選択でd)少なくとも1種の充填剤をポリアミドの融点以上の温度で加熱して、溶融ポリアミドマトリックスを得る工程と;
iii)マスターバッチの少なくとも一部を溶融ポリアミドマトリックスに添加する工程と
を含む、組成物を製造する方法であって、
組成物が、
a)21.0〜99.6重量%の、少なくとも1個のカルボン酸基を含む少なくとも1種のポリアミド;
b)0.3〜9.0重量%の少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ゴム;
c)0.1〜3.0重量%の、少なくとも1個のイソシアネート基を有する少なくとも1種の化合物;
d)0〜65.0重量%の少なくとも1種の充填剤;
e)0〜2.0重量%の少なくとも1種の添加剤
を含み、
a)〜e)の重量%の合計が100重量%になり、熱可塑性ゴムが、エチレンプロピレンジエンゴム(EPDM)、エチレンプロピレンゴム(EPM)、またはそれらの任意の組合せを含み、少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ゴムと少なくとも1個のイソシアネート基を有する少なくとも1種の化合物との比が2:1〜4:1であり、少なくとも1個のイソシアネート基を有する化合物が、オリゴマー性ポリイソシアネートである、組成物を製造するための方法。 - 少なくとも1個のカルボン酸基を含むポリアミドが、ポリアミド6、ポリアミド6,6、ならびにそれらの混合物およびコポリアミドからなる群から選択される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- オリゴマー性ポリイソシアネートが、ジイソシアネートまたはトリイソシアネートである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ポリイソシアネートが、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート三量体(HDT)またはイソホロンジイソシアネート三量体(IPDT)である、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 充填剤が、ガラス繊維、ガラスビーズ、炭酸カルシウム、ケイ酸塩、タルク、カオリン、マイカ、カーボンブラック、黒鉛、木粉、ならびに他の天然産物の粉末および繊維、ならびに合成繊維からなる群から選択される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1種の添加剤が、酸化防止剤、細孔形成剤、界面活性剤、造核剤、可塑剤、艶消し剤、顔料、着色剤、熱安定剤、光安定剤、生物活性剤、防汚剤、帯電防止剤、難燃剤、およびカルボン酸官能基とイソシアネート官能基との反応による脱炭酸化を促進する触媒からなる群から選択される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 発泡性である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物から得られる発泡体を製造するための方法。
- 航空もしくは自動車、包装または遮音用途における軽量材料としての、請求項9に記載の発泡体の使用。
- 請求項9に記載の発泡体を備える自動車を製造するための方法。
