Claims (11)
- 第1電圧指令と第2電圧指令の2相を有する2相電圧指令(Vdqref)を生成する電流制御器と、
前記電流制御器から2相電圧指令(Vdqref)の入力を受けて3相極電圧指令(Vabcn_ref)を生成する指令変換部と、
前記指令変換部から入力を受けた3相極電圧指令(Vabcn_ref)を線形的に出力可能な電圧に変調して出力する第1過変調器と、
前記電流制御器の2相電圧指令(Vdqref)とインバータの入力直流電圧(VdcLPF)の入力を受け、電圧利得値を演算して出力する高利得演算器と、
を含めて、
前記第1過変調器の出力値に前記高利得演算器の出力値を乗算して出力するマルチプリケーターと、
前記マルチプリケーターの出力値の入力を受けて線形的に出力可能な電圧に変調して出力する第2過変調器と、
を含んで構成されることを特徴とする車両用インバータの電圧利用率向上制御装置。 - 前記指令変換部は、
前記電流制御器から2相電圧指令(Vdqref)の入力を受けて3相相電圧指令(Vabcs_ref)に変換する相変換器と、
前記相変換器から入力を受けた3相相電圧指令(Vabcs_ref)を3相極電圧指令(Vabcn_ref)に変換する空間ベクトル変調器と、
からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用インバータの電圧利用率向上制御装置。 - 第1電流指令と第2電流指令の2相を有する2相電流指令(Idq_ref)を生成して前記電流制御器に出力する電流指令マップ部を含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用インバータの電圧利用率向上制御装置。
- 前記第1過変調器は、空間ベクトル変調器から入力を受けた3相極電圧指令(Vabcn_ref)が線形的に出力できない電圧であることを認知すると、空間ベクトル変調器から入力を受けた3相極電圧指令(Vabcn_ref)の指令電圧ベクトルを所定のベクトルに変更して3相極電圧指令(Vabcn_ref)を線形的に出力可能な線形出力電圧に補正することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用インバータの電圧利用率向上制御装置。
- 前記第2過変調器は、入力を受けたマルチプリケーターの出力値が線形的に出力できない電圧であることを認知すると、マルチプリケーターの出力値の指令電圧ベクトルを所定のベクトルに変更してマルチプリケーターの出力値を線形的に出力可能な最終線形出力電圧に補正することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用インバータの電圧利用率向上制御装置。
- 第1電流指令と第2電流指令の2相を有する2相電流指令(Idq_ref)を生成する過程と、
前記2相電流指令(Idq_ref)を用いて第1電圧指令と第2電圧指令の2相を有する2相電圧指令(Vdqref)を生成する過程と、
前記2相電圧指令(Vdqref)を用いて3相極電圧指令(Vabcn_ref)を生成する過程と、
前記3相極電圧指令(Vabcn_ref)を線形的に出力可能な線形出力電圧に変調して出力する過程と、
前記2相電圧指令(Vdqref)とインバータの入力直流電圧(VdcLPF)を用いて電圧利得値を演算する過程と、
を含めて、
前記線形出力電圧に前記電圧利得値を乗算して乗算値を出力する過程と、
前記乗算値の入力を受けて線形的に出力可能な最終線形出力電圧に変調して出力する過程と、
を含むことを特徴とする車両用インバータの電圧利用率向上制御方法。 - 前記3相極電圧指令(Vabcn_ref)を生成する過程は、
前記2相電圧指令(Vdqref)を3相相電圧指令(Vabcs_ref)に変換する過程と、
前記3相相電圧指令(Vabcs_ref)を3相極電圧指令(Vabcn_ref)に変換する過程と、
からなることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の車両用インバータの電圧利用率向上制御方法。 - 前記線形出力電圧に変調して出力する過程では、3相極電圧指令(Vabcn_ref)が線形的に出力できない電圧であることを認知すると、前記3相極電圧指令(Vabcn_ref)の指令電圧ベクトルを所定のベクトルに変更して3相極電圧指令(Vabcn_ref)を線形的に出力可能な線形出力電圧に補正することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の車両用インバータの電圧利用率向上制御方法。
- 前記最終線形出力電圧に変調して出力する過程では、入力を受けた乗算値が線形的に出力できない電圧であることを認知すると、前記乗算値の指令電圧ベクトルを所定のベクトルに変更して前記乗算値を線形的に出力可能な最終線形出力電圧に補正することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の車両用インバータの電圧利用率向上制御方法。
