Claims (7)
- オイルポンプと、
前記オイルポンプが吐出するオイルを調圧する調圧弁と、
前記調圧弁で調圧されるオイルが供給される油室を有し、動力伝達部から回転軸に沿って動力が伝達される動力伝達経路上に配置されて前記油室の油圧で係合する油圧クラッチと、
前記油室に供給されるオイルの油圧を検出する油圧センサと、
を備える油圧クラッチ装置において、
前記調圧弁は、前記油室のオイル流れ方向の下流側に配置され、
前記油室は、前記回転軸の軸方向から見て略円形環状であり、
前記調圧弁及び前記油圧センサを前記油室に対して前記回転軸の軸方向で前記動力伝達部と反対側に隣接して配置した
ことを特徴とする油圧クラッチ装置。 - オイルポンプと、
前記オイルポンプが吐出するオイルを調圧する調圧弁と、
動力伝達部から回転軸に沿って動力が伝達される動力伝達経路上に配置されて前記調圧弁で調圧されるオイルで係合する油圧クラッチと、
前記油圧クラッチに供給されるオイルの油圧を検出する油圧センサと、
を備える油圧クラッチ装置において、
前記調圧弁は、前記油圧クラッチのオイル流れ方向の下流側に配置されているとともに、
前記調圧弁及び前記油圧センサを前記油圧クラッチに対して前記回転軸の軸方向で前記動力伝達部と反対側に隣接して配置し、
前記調圧弁を前記油圧クラッチの高さ方向の中央部よりも上方に配置し、前記油圧センサを前記油圧クラッチの高さ方向の中央部よりも下方に配置した
ことを特徴とする油圧クラッチ装置。 - 前記調圧弁は、前記油圧クラッチを収容するケースに取り付けられており、
前記ケースから露出する前記調圧弁の少なくとも一部を覆う保護部材を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の油圧クラッチ装置。 - 前記油圧センサは、前記ケースに取り付けられており、
前記保護部材は、前記ケースから露出する前記油圧センサの少なくとも一部を覆う
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の油圧クラッチ装置。 - 前記調圧弁は、本体部と、該本体部の側面に一体に設けられて該本体部に配線を接続するための接続具と、を備え、
前記接続具は、前記本体部の真上位置に対して前記油圧クラッチに近い方に傾斜した斜め上方の位置に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の油圧クラッチ装置。 - 前記調圧弁は、本体部と、該本体部の側面に一体に設けられて該本体部に配線を接続するための接続具と、を備え、
前記油圧センサは、配線を接続するための接続具を備え、
前記調圧弁の前記接続具と前記油圧センサの前記接続具とは、前記調圧弁と前記油圧センサを前記ケースに取り付けた状態で、それらに接続された配線同士が互いに略同じ方向に向かって延びるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の油圧クラッチ装置。 - 前記油圧クラッチは、前記動力伝達部に対して前記回転軸の軸方向の両外側それぞれに配置した一対の油圧クラッチであり、
前記調圧弁は、前記一対の油圧クラッチそれぞれの外側に配置した一対の調圧弁である
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の油圧クラッチ装置。
