Claims (8)
- 回転軸と、
前記回転軸の外周に配置されて複数の摩擦材が軸方向に沿って交互に積層されてなる動力伝達要素を有する動力伝達装置と、
前記動力伝達装置の潤滑を行う潤滑液体を前記動力伝達要素に導く流路と、を有し、
前記動力伝達要素は、前記回転軸と一体回転する内周円筒部と、前記摩擦材と一体回転する外周円筒部と、前記内周円筒部と前記外周円筒部とを径方向に連結する円盤部と、から形成され、
前記流路から流出した潤滑液体は、前記円盤部に導かれ、
前記円盤部には、前記円盤部の内径側にて潤滑液体が通る内径側貫通孔と、前記円盤部の外径側にて潤滑液体が通る外径側貫通孔とが形成され、
前記内径側貫通孔と前記外径側貫通孔とは、前記円盤部の周方向において交互に配置され、
前記流路の流出口は、前記内径側貫通孔と対向する
ことを特徴とする動力伝達装置の潤滑構造。 - 前記内径側貫通孔の径方向の最外端は、前記流路を前記流出口から延長した仮想線と前記円盤部とが交差する位置よりも外径方向にある
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置の潤滑構造。 - 前記内径側貫通孔の総面積は、前記外径側貫通孔の総面積よりも大きく構成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の動力伝達装置の潤滑構造。 - 前記内径側貫通孔又は前記外径側貫通孔は、径方向の辺と周方向の辺とにより形成される四角形状である
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の動力伝達装置の潤滑構造。 - 回転軸と、前記回転軸の外周に配置されて複数の摩擦材が軸方向に沿って交互に積層されてなる動力伝達要素を有する動力伝達装置において、
前記動力伝達要素は、前記回転軸と一体回転する内周円筒部と、前記摩擦材と一体回転する外周円筒部と、前記内周円筒部と前記外周円筒部とを径方向に連結する円盤部と、から形成され、
前記円盤部には、前記円盤部の内径側にて潤滑液体が通る内径側貫通孔と、前記円盤部の外径側にて潤滑液体が通る外径側貫通孔とが形成され、
前記内径側貫通孔と前記外径側貫通孔とは、前記円盤部の周方向において交互に配置され、
前記内径側貫通孔は、前記動力伝達装置の潤滑を行う潤滑液体を前記円盤部に導く流路の流出口と対向する
ことを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - 前記内径側貫通孔の径方向の最外端は、前記流路を前記流出口から延長した仮想線と前記円盤部とが交差する位置よりも外径方向にある
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記内径側貫通孔の総面積は、前記外径側貫通孔の総面積よりも大きく構成される
ことを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記内径側貫通孔又は前記外径側貫通孔は、径方向の辺と周方向の辺とにより形成される四角形状である
ことを特徴とする請求項5乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の動力伝達装置。
