Description
Claims (12)
- 電極タブが設けられた電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容し、縁部の少なくとも一部がシールされてシール面を形成するケースと、
前記電極タブに結合し、前記ケースの外に引き出される電極リードと、
前記ケースのシール面に位置した前記電極リードの上面と下面に設けられ、前記シール面とともに結合するリードフィルムと、
前記ケースの内部に位置し、一端が前記リードフィルムに埋め込まれるメインガス放出管と、
前記ケースの内部に位置し、一端が前記ケースのシール面に埋め込まれるサブガス放出管を含み、
前記メインガス放出管の一端が外部に露出するように前記リードフィルムの一部を切開し、外部に露出した前記メインガス放出管を介して前記ケース内のガスを外部に放出することを特徴とする、電池セル。 - 外部に露出した前記メインガス放出管の一端は、切開されたリードフィルムを再熱融着することでともにシールされて仕上げられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記メインガス放出管は、耐熱性および絶縁性素材からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記メインガス放出管の一端が前記電極リードの側部に位置した前記リードフィルムに挿入されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記サブガス放出管の一端が外部に露出するように前記シール面の一部を切開し、前記サブガス放出管を介して前記ケース内のガスを外部に放出することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 外部に露出した前記サブガス放出管の一端は、前記切開されたシール面を再熱融着することでともにシールされて仕上げられることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電池セル。
- 電極リードが結合した電極組立体を準備する準備ステップ(S10)と、
前記電極リードの端部がケースの外に引き出されるように前記電極組立体を前記ケースに収容する収容ステップ(S20)と、
前記ケースのシール面に位置した前記電極リードの上面と下面にリードフィルムを配置する配置ステップ(S30)と、
メインガス放出管を前記ケースの内部に配置し、一端は前記リードフィルムに埋め込ませる埋め込みステップ(S40)と、
前記ケースの全シール面を熱融着して電池セルを完成するシールステップ(S50)と、
前記シールステップ(S50)の後、前記完成された電池セルを充放電する充放電ステップ(S60)と、
充放電が完了した電池セル内に発生したガスを外部に放出させるガス放出ステップ(S70)とをさらに行い、
前記ガス放出ステップ(S70)は、前記メインガス放出管の一端が外部に露出するように前記リードフィルムの一部を切開した後、露出したメインガス放出管の一端を介して前記ケース内のガスを外部に放出させることを特徴とする、電池セルの製造方法。 - 前記ガス放出ステップ(S70)の後、前記メインガス放出管の一端が位置したリードフィルムを熱融着して前記メインガス放出管の一端をシールする再シールステップ(S80)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の電池セルの製造方法。
- 前記埋め込みステップ(S40)は、前記ケースの内部にサブガス放出管をさらに配置し、前記サブガス放出管の一端は前記ケースのシール面の外部に露出しないように埋め込ませることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の電池セルの製造方法。
- 前記シールステップ(S50)は、前記ケースの全シール面を熱融着することで前記シール面に前記サブガス放出管の一端をともにシールすることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の電池セルの製造方法。
- 前記ガス放出ステップ(S70)は、前記サブガス放出管の一端が外部に露出するように前記シール面を切開して前記サブガス放出管を介して前記ケース内のガスをさらに放出させることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の電池セルの製造方法。
- 前記再シールステップ(S80)は、切開された前記シール面を熱融着して前記サブガス放出管の一端をともにシールすることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の電池セルの製造方法。
