Claims (19)
- 電極組立体が取り付けられる収納部、及び該収納部の外周辺が密封されて形成されるシーリング部を含む電池ケースと、
前記シーリング部に挿入されているガス排出部と、を含み、
前記ガス排出部は、前記電池ケースの内部から前記電池ケースの外部に向かって突出しており、
前記ガス排出部は、非接着層及び前記非接着層上に位置する接着層を含み、前記非接着層及び前記接着層が前記電池ケースの内部に向かって開放される方向に折り畳まれている、電池セル。 - 前記非接着層は、互いに離隔している第1非接着層及び第2非接着層を含み、
前記シーリング部の外側端部に隣接した第1非接着層の端部と前記第2非接着層の端部とは、互いに連結されて一体化されている、請求項1に記載の電池セル。 - 前記ガス排出部は、前記第1非接着層と前記第2非接着層との間に位置するガス流入部を含み、
前記ガス流入部は、前記電池ケースの内部に向かって開放されている、請求項2に記載の電池セル。 - 前記接着層は、前記第1非接着層の上面に位置する第1接着層、及び前記第2非接着層の下面に位置する第2接着層を含み、
前記シーリング部の外側端部に隣接した前記第1接着層の端部と前記第2接着層の端部とは、互いに連結されて一体化されている、請求項3に記載の電池セル。 - 前記ガス排出部の突出方向を基準にして、前記第1接着層は前記第1非接着層の側面に沿って延在しており、前記第2接着層は前記第2非接着層の側面に沿って延在している、請求項4に記載の電池セル。
- 前記ガス排出部の突出方向を基準にして、前記第1接着層及び前記第2接着層はそれぞれ、前記第1非接着層と前記第2非接着層との間において延在している、請求項5に記載の電池セル。
- 前記ガス流入部の両側に、一対の前記第1接着層及び一対の前記第2接着層がそれぞれ位置している、請求項6に記載の電池セル。
- 前記接着層及び前記非接着層は、前記接着層が前記非接着層の下面及び両側面を覆い包みながら、前記非接着層の上面の両端部をそれぞれ覆い包む構造を有し、
前記ガス排出部は、前記接着層及び前記非接着層が境界線を基準にして折り畳まれた構造を有する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル。 - 前記非接着層は、非接着性物質からなるフィルムからなる、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記非接着性物質は、フッ素系高分子物質からなる、請求項9に記載の電池セル。
- 前記フッ素系高分子物質は、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、ポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)、ポリメチルペンテン(TPX)、フッ素化エチレンプロピレン(FEP)、及びペルフルオロアルコキシアルカン(PFA)のうちの少なくとも一つである、請求項10に記載の電池セル。
- 前記接着層は、ポリオレフィン系の材料、エポキシ、及びポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)のうちの少なくとも一つからなる接着組成物からなる、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記接着層は、前記接着組成物からなるフィルムからなる、請求項12に記載の電池セル。
- 前記接着層は、前記接着組成物が前記非接着層上に塗布されて形成されている、請求項12に記載の電池セル。
- 前記接着層の厚さは、前記非接着層の厚さと同一であるかまたはそれよりも薄い、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記接着層のガス透過度(permeability)が60℃で20~60バーラー(barrer)である、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記非接着層のガス透過度が60℃で40バーラー以上である、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記接着層の水分浸透量が25℃、50%RHで10年の間に0.02~0.2gである、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 請求項1に記載の電池セルを含む、電池モジュール。
