Claims (15)
- 患者保持装置であって、
患者保持要素を保持するための、実質的に剛性の保持デッキと、
前記保持デッキ上に配置され、かつ前記患者保持装置の幅に沿う方向に互いに離間し、各々の感知素子が、使用時において、患者保持要素と患者保持要素上の患者によってそれに加えられた力または圧力を決定するように構成された、第1の感知素子および第2の感知素子と、
前記感知素子に結合した、1つまたは複数のプロセッサとを備え、
前記1つまたは複数のプロセッサが、
前記第1の感知素子の出力および前記第2の感知素子の出力に基づいて前記患者保持装置の幅に沿って、患者保持要素上の患者の重力中心の位置を決定し、
患者保持要素および患者保持要素上の患者によって感知素子に加えられた合計力の変動である、荷重変化を決定し、
患者の動き感度レベルに対応し、かつメモリに格納された前記重力中心の位置の所定の範囲の値および/または所定の荷重変化値を含む各々の事前設定である2つ以上の事前設定のうちの1つを選択するユーザー入力を受信し、
前記選択された事前設定に関連したパラメータを受信すべく前記メモリにアクセスし、
前記患者保持装置の幅に沿った重力中心の位置が所定の範囲の値から外れている、および/または前記荷重変化が所定の値を超える場合に、アラームを作動させる出力を与え、
前記1つまたは複数のプロセッサは、前記患者保持要素のタイプを示す入力を受信するように、ならびに、前記入力に基づいて前記重力中心の位置、または、前記重力中心の所定の範囲の値を調節するように構成された、患者保持装置。 - 前記患者保持要素がマットレスである、請求項1に記載の患者保持装置。
- 前記保持デッキ上に配置された第3の感知素子を含む、請求項1または2に記載の患者保持装置。
- 前記第1の感知素子及び前記第2の感知素子は、ロードセルを含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の患者保持装置。
- 実質的に剛性のボードを含み、前記第1の感知素子及び前記第2の感知素子が前記実質的に剛性のボードの下側に取り付けられている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の患者保持装置。
- 前記第1の感知素子及び前記第2の感知素子を含む、感知ボードまたは感知パッドを備える、請求項4または5に記載の患者保持装置。
- 第3の感知素子、第4の感知素子、及び実質的に矩形の感知ボードまたは感知パッドを含み、前記第1の感知素子、前記第2の感知素子、前記第3の感知素子、及び前記第4の感知素子は、前記感知ボードまたは前記感知パッドのそれぞれの角部または該角部の近傍にある、請求項1記載の患者保持装置。
- 前記第1の感知素子及び前記第2の感知素子は、薄くて可撓性のある感知素子である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の患者保持装置。
- 前記第1の感知素子及び前記第2の感知素子は、歪みゲージセンサー、伸張計、曲げビームセンサー、ホール効果センサー、および/または容量センサーといったタイプの感知素子を含む群から選択される、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の患者保持装置。
- 調節可能な背もたれ部をさらに備え、前記1つまたは複数のプロセッサは、前記背もたれ部の角度を示す入力を受信し、かつ前記背もたれ部の角度の関数として重力中心の位置を調節するようにさらに構成される、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の患者保持装置。
- 調節可能な背もたれ部を備え、前記1つまたは複数のプロセッサが、前記背もたれ部の角度を示す入力を受信し、かつ前記背もたれ部の角度の変化に応じた量で前記荷重変化を調節するように、さらに構成される、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の患者保持装置。
- 加速度計をさらに備え、前記1つまたは複数のプロセッサが加速度計から出力を受信するように、および、前記出力に基づいた背もたれ部の角度を決定するように、構成されている、請求項10または11に記載の患者保持装置。
- 前記患者保持要素がマットレスであり、前記入力が、前記マットレスがフォームマットレスまたはエアマットレスであることを示す、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の患者保持装置。
- 患者保持装置の幅に沿う方向に互いに分離された第3の感知素子と第4の感知素子をさらに備え、前記第3の感知素子および前記第4の感知素子が、前記患者保持装置の長手方向に沿って前記第1の感知素子および前記第2の感知素子から分離されており、前記1つまたは複数のプロセッサが、前記患者保持要素上の患者の重力中心の位置を、前記第1、第2、第3、および第4の感知素子の出力に基づき、患者保持装置の幅に沿って決定するように構成された、請求項1に記載の患者保持装置。
- コンピュータプログラムであって、請求項1に記載の患者保持装置の1つまたは複数のプロセッサ上で実行される場合に、
前記患者保持装置に、第1の感知素子の出力および第2の感知素子の出力に基づいて前記患者保持装置の幅に沿って、患者保持要素上の患者の重力中心の位置を決定し、
患者保持要素および患者保持要素上の患者によって感知素子に加えられた合計力の変動である、荷重変化を決定し、
患者の動き感度レベルに対応し、かつメモリに格納された前記重力中心の位置の所定の範囲の値および/または所定の荷重変化値を含む各々の事前設定である2つ以上の事前設定のうちの1つを選択するユーザー入力を受信し、
前記選択された事前設定に関連したパラメータを受信すべく前記メモリにアクセスし、
前記患者保持装置の幅に沿った重力中心の位置が所定の範囲の値から外れている、および/または前記荷重変化が所定の値を超える場合に、アラームを作動させる出力を与える、ように構成された、コンピュータプログラム。
