Description
Claims (6)
- 下流側に排出弁が設けられる処理室と、
前記処理室内に一時的に貯留される流体に紫外光を照射する光源と、
前記処理室の上流側に仕切弁を介して接続される熱交換室と、を備え、
前記熱交換室は、前記光源と熱的に接続されることを特徴とする殺菌装置。 - 前記光源と前記熱交換室を熱的に接続するヒートパイプをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の殺菌装置。
- 前記熱交換室は、前記処理室の鉛直上方に設けられ、前記ヒートパイプは、前記光源から前記熱交換室に向けて鉛直上方に延びることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の殺菌装置。
- 前記処理室は、前記光源が発する紫外光を透過する材料で区画されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の殺菌装置。
- 前記熱交換室は、前記処理室を区画する材料よりも熱伝導率の高い材料で区画されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の殺菌装置。
- 前記光源、前記排出弁および前記仕切弁の動作を制御する制御装置をさらに備え、
前記制御装置は、前記処理室および前記熱交換室の双方に流体が貯留され、かつ、前記排出弁および前記仕切弁の双方が閉鎖された状態で、前記光源を点灯させることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の殺菌装置。
