Description
図1は、第1の実施の形態に係る流体殺菌装置10の構成を概略的に示す図である。流体殺菌装置10は、処理流路12と、光源14と、窓部材16と、加熱体40とを備える。流体殺菌装置10は、筐体20の内部に区画される処理流路12を流れる流体に紫外光Aを照射して殺菌処理を施すために用いられる。窓部材16に接触する加熱体40を設けることで、窓部材16の結露が防止される。
図6は、第2の実施の形態に係る流体殺菌装置210の構成を概略的に示す断面図である。本実施の形態は、光源14の熱を利用して窓部材16を加熱するのではなく、窓部材16の入射面17に電熱線などの発熱体を設けることで窓部材16を加熱する。以下、第2の実施の形態について上述の実施の形態との相違点を中心に説明し、共通する部分について記載を適宜省略する。
Claims (4)
- 殺菌対象の流体が流れる処理流路を区画し、開口を有する筐体と、
前記開口を通じて、前記処理流路内の流体に向けて紫外光を照射する光源と、
前記開口に設けられる窓部材であって、前記光源からの紫外光が入射する入射面および前記処理流路内に向けて紫外光が出射する出射面を有する窓部材と、
前記入射面の中央領域と、前記入射面の前記中央領域より外側の外周領域との双方において前記入射面と接触する接触部と、前記光源から前記接触部に向けて延在する接続部とを含み、熱伝導材料で構成され、前記光源の点灯時に前記光源にて生じる熱を用いて前記窓部材を加熱する加熱体と、を備えることを特徴とする流体殺菌装置。 - 前記接触部は、前記光源からの紫外光を通すための複数の貫通孔を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体殺菌装置。
- 殺菌対象の流体が流れる処理流路を区画し、開口を有する筐体と、
前記開口を通じて、前記処理流路内の流体に向けて紫外光を照射する光源と、
前記開口に設けられる窓部材であって、前記光源からの紫外光が入射する入射面および前記処理流路内に向けて紫外光が出射する出射面を有する窓部材と、
前記入射面の一部に配設される電熱線と、
前記電熱線の表面を被覆し、前記電熱線が配設されていない箇所において前記入射面を被覆するように設けられ、前記紫外光を透過する材料の被覆層と、を備えることを特徴とする流体殺菌装置。 - 前記被覆層は、前記入射面上の前記電熱線の端部に設けられる電極部を被覆しないように構成され、前記電極部を通じて前記電熱線に電力が供給されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の流体殺菌装置。
