Claims (7)
- エンジン回転数を、運転時回転数及び該運転時回転数より低いアイドル運転時回転数を含む複数の回転数に設定可能なショベルであって、
前記ショベルの駆動源として設けられたエンジンと、
該エンジンの駆動力により駆動される作動部と、
前記作動部を操作するために設けられた操作部材と、
前記操作部材から離間した位置に配置され、操作者の可動部分の位置及び前記操作部材の位置を検出する検出装置と、
該検出装置の検出結果から、前記操作者の可動部分と前記操作部材との位置関係を判定する操作判定部と、
前記位置関係が変化する際に前記エンジンの回転を維持しつつ、該操作判定部により判定した前記操作者の可動部分と前記操作部材との位置関係に基づいて、前記エンジンのエンジン回転数を設定する制御部と
を有するショベル。 - エンジン回転数を、運転時回転数及び該運転時回転数より低いアイドル運転時回転数を含む複数の回転数に設定可能なショベルであって、
前記ショベルの駆動源として設けられたエンジンと、
該エンジンの駆動力により駆動される作動部と、
前記作動部を操作するために設けられた操作部材と、
前記操作部材から離間した位置に配置され、操作者の可動部分の位置及び前記操作部材の位置を検出する検出装置と、
該検出装置の検出結果から、前記操作者の可動部分と前記操作部材との位置関係を判定する操作判定部と、
前記エンジンの回転が維持された状態において、該操作判定部により判定した前記操作者の可動部分と前記操作部材との位置関係に基づいて、前記エンジンのエンジン回転数を設定する制御部とを有し、
前記操作判定部が操作者の可動部分が前記操作部材に接触した位置にあると判断すると、前記制御部はエンジン回転数を前記運転時回転数に継続して設定するショベル。 - エンジン回転数を、運転時回転数及び該運転時回転数より低いアイドル運転時回転数を含む複数の回転数に設定可能なショベルであって、
前記ショベルの駆動源として設けられたエンジンと、
該エンジンの駆動力により駆動される作動部と、
前記作動部を操作するために設けられた操作部材と、
前記操作部材から離間した位置に配置され、操作者の可動部分の位置及び前記操作部材の位置を検出する検出装置と、
該検出装置の検出結果から、前記操作者の可動部分と前記操作部材との位置関係を判定する操作判定部と、
前記エンジンの回転が維持された状態において、該操作判定部により判定した前記操作者の可動部分と前記操作部材との位置関係に基づいて、前記エンジンのエンジン回転数を設定する制御部とを有し、
エンジン回転数が前記アイドル運転時回転数に設定された状態において、操作判定部が操作者の可動部分が前記操作部材に向かって移動していると判定すると、前記制御部は前記エンジンのエンジン回転数を前記運転時回転数に設定するショベル。 - エンジン回転数を、運転時回転数及び該運転時回転数より低いアイドル運転時回転数を含む複数の回転数に設定可能なショベルであって、
前記ショベルの駆動源として設けられたエンジンと、
該エンジンの駆動力により駆動される作動部と、
前記作動部を操作するために設けられた操作部材と、
前記操作部材から離間した位置に配置され、操作者の可動部分の位置及び前記操作部材の位置を検出する検出装置と、
該検出装置の検出結果から、前記操作者の可動部分と前記操作部材との位置関係を判定する操作判定部と、
前記エンジンの回転が維持された状態において、該操作判定部により判定した前記操作者の可動部分と前記操作部材との位置関係に基づいて、前記エンジンのエンジン回転数を設定する制御部とを有し、
前記操作判定部が操作者の可動部分が前記操作部材に接触していないと判定すると、前記制御部は前記エンジンのエンジン回転数を前記アイドル運転時回転数に設定するショベル。 - 請求項1記載のショベルであって、
前記操作部材は操作者の手によって操作される操作レバーであるショベル。 - 請求項1記載のショベルであって、
前記操作部材は操作者の足によって操作される操作ペダルであるショベル。 - 請求項1記載のショベルであって、
前記検出装置は前記操作部材及びその周辺を撮像する撮像装置であり、前記操作判定部は前記撮像装置からの画像から前記操作部材への操作の有無を判定するショベル。
