Description
Claims (9)
- 回転軸線(A)を備えたブレーキディスクと、
ブレーキキャリパ(20)と、
ブレーキキャリア(22)と、
前記ブレーキキャリパ又は前記ブレーキキャリアの竪穴部内で案内され、かつ、支持されている、力伝達要素と、
該力伝達要素の押し下げのための押し下げバネ(30,32,34)と、
保持装置(38,40)によって前記ブレーキキャリパにおいて保持され、かつ、支持された押し下げ装置(36)と
を備えた、車両のキャリパディスクブレーキであって、
前記押し下げ装置(36)が、前記押し下げバネを力伝達装置に対して半径方向に付勢し、
前記押し下げ装置(36)が、前記押し下げバネを、前進走行時に回転方向(D)において接線方向へ力伝達装置に対して付勢し、
前記保持装置が前記回転軸線に対して平行に位置する中心線(M)を備えた、前記キャリパディスクブレーキにおいて、
前記押し下げバネ(30,32,34)が2つの同一のバネ脚部(76,78)及びこれらの間に位置する台形状の1つの中央範囲(80)を備えており、該中央範囲が半径方向内方へ突出しており、前記中央範囲(80)における台形の両脚が、負荷解除された状態でそれぞれ底部と95°よりも大きな角度(α)をなし、それぞれ隣接する前記バネ脚部と85°よりも小さな角度(β)をなすことを特徴とするキャリパディスクブレーキ。 - 前記押し下げバネ(30,32,34)が、負荷解除された状態において、前記両脚とその底部の間の移行範囲においてそれぞれ10〜16mmの半径(R1)で弓状に延在しており、前記両脚と両バネ脚部(76,78)の間の移行範囲において4〜9.5mmの半径(R2)で弓状に延在していることを特徴とする請求項1記載のキャリパディスクブレーキ。
- 前記押し下げバネが、前記中央範囲(80)の中心を通り該中央範囲(80)に垂直な直線について線対称であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のキャリパディスクブレーキ。
- 前記押し下げバネ(30,32,34)が板バネであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のキャリパディスクブレーキ。
- 前記押し下げ装置(36)が、半径方向の付勢の生成のために折曲部状の第1の範囲(74)で前記押し下げバネ(30,32,34)に接触し、接線方向の付勢の生成のために第2の範囲(82)で前記押し下げバネ(30,32,34)に接触し、前記第2の範囲の中心点(M82)からの前記第1の範囲の中心点(M74)の距離が、接線方向における距離よりも半径方向における距離の方が短い(H<E)ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のキャリパディスクブレーキ。
- 2つの同一のバネ脚部(76,78)と、これらの間に位置する、半径方向内方へ突出した台形状の中央範囲(80)とを有する、車両のキャリパディスクブレーキの押し下げバネであって、前記中央範囲(80)における台形の両脚が、それぞれ、負荷解除された状態において、底部と95°より大きな角度(α)をなし、それぞれ隣接する前記バネ脚部で85°より小さな角度(β)をなすことを特徴とする押し下げバネ。
- 当該押し下げバネが、負荷解除された状態で、前記両脚とその底部の間の移行範囲においてそれぞれ10〜16mmの半径(R1)で弓状に延在し、前記両脚と前記バネ脚部(76,78)の間の移行範囲において4〜9.5mmの半径(R2)で弓状に延在していることを特徴とする請求項6記載の押し下げバネ。
- 当該押し下げバネが、前記中央範囲(80)の中心を通り該中央範囲(80)に垂直な直線について線対称であることを特徴とする請求項6又は7記載の押し下げバネ。
- 当該押し下げバネが板バネであることを特徴とする請求項6〜8のいずれか1項に記載の押し下げバネ。
