Description
Claims (10)
- 第1光源と第2光源とが備えられる光源部と、
前記光源部と離隔して備えられるレンズ部と、
第1受光面を具備し、前記第1光源から受光した光を第1出光面を介して前記レンズ部側に出光する第1光ガイド部と、
第2受光面を具備し、前記第2光源から受光した光を第2出光面を介して前記レンズ部側に出光する第2光ガイド部とを含み、
前記第1出光面または前記第2出光面の少なくともいずれか1つは、前記レンズ部のペッツバール面(petzval surface)上に位置し、
前記第1出光面または前記第2出光面の少なくともいずれか1つは、前記ペッツバール面から離隔する方向に傾斜して形成されることを特徴とするヘッドランプ装置。 - 前記第1出光面の面積は、前記第1受光面の面積より広く形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヘッドランプ装置。
- 前記第2出光面の面積は、前記第2受光面の面積より広く形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヘッドランプ装置。
- 前記第1光ガイド部は、前記第1受光面が形成され、前記第1出光面側に進むにつれて断面の面積が増加後再び減少する形状に形成される第1受光部と、
前記第1出光面が形成され、前記第1受光部に連結され、前記第1出光面側に進むにつれて断面の面積が増加する形状に形成される第1出光部とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヘッドランプ装置。 - 前記第1光ガイド部は、前記第2光ガイド部を向く面である第1接合面が平らな平面を含み、
前記第1接合面と前記第2光ガイド部との間には分離蒸着面が形成され、前記第1光ガイド部と前記第2光ガイド部によって案内される光が干渉されるのを防止することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のヘッドランプ装置。 - 前記第1光ガイド部は、前記第1接合面の他側面である第1外側面がベジエ曲面(Bezier surface)を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のヘッドランプ装置。
- 前記第2光ガイド部は、前記第1光ガイド部を向く面である第2接合面を含み、前記第2接合面は、平面に形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のヘッドランプ装置。
- 前記第1光源は、複数個備えられ、
前記第1受光部は、複数の前記第1光源に対応して複数個備えられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のヘッドランプ装置。 - 前記第1出光部は、幅方向中心から前記幅方向外側に進むにつれて厚さが減少する形状であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のヘッドランプ装置。
- 前記第1光源は、ロービーム光源部であり、前記第2光源は、ハイビーム光源部であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヘッドランプ装置。
