Claims (1)
- 合成樹脂材と高硬度繊維とマイカ又はタルクとからなる成形材料を用いてコアバック成形法により成形された本体部と取付部とを備え、前記取付部が前記本体部から表側又は裏側に突出した筒壁部と前記筒壁部の前記本体部から最大に突出した開口部を塞ぐ頂壁部とを備え、前記取付部と前記本体部の取付部周りの部分とが未発泡なソリッド層として構成され、前記本体部の取付部周りの部分以外の部分が表裏面部を構成するスキン層と、前記スキン層の間の中間部を構成する発泡層とから構成された車両用部品であって、前記スキン層に除去部が前記発泡層を貫通せず前記スキン層を貫通する穴として設けられたことを特徴とする車両用部品。
