Description
Claims (2)
- 回転軸(13)を中心として回転駆動可能なミラー支持体(14)であって、少なくとも1つの偏向ミラー(15、16)を支持するミラー支持体(14)を備えるとともに、 前記ミラー支持体(14)に保持される分離手段(21)を備えた、レーザースキャナ(2)用の偏向ミラー装置(1)であって、
前記分離手段(21)は、実質的に剛性の分離壁(17)を備え、
前記分離壁(17)は、前記回転軸(13)に対して垂直であり、直線状縁部(22)を介して前記偏向ミラー(15、16)に係合し、且つ受信ミラー領域(19)を送信ミラー領域(18)から分離し、
前記分離手段(21)は前記ミラー支持体(14)に固着されている、
偏向ミラー装置において、
前記分離手段(21)は、前記直線状縁部(22)に沿って前記分離壁(17)に配置された弾性変形可能なシール要素(25)を介して、前記偏向ミラー(15、16)に当接している、
ことを特徴とする偏向ミラー装置。 - 前記偏向ミラー装置(1)は、2つの偏向ミラー(15、16)を備え、
前記偏向ミラー(15、16)は、前記回転軸(13)から径方向距離をおいて、前記ミラー支持体(14)の対向する側に配置されている、
