Claims (7)
- ハウジング内で排気ガスと冷却媒体との熱交換を行う熱交換器であって、
前記ハウジング内に並設される複数個の熱交換セグメントと、
前記ハウジングに液密的に接合され、前記複数個の熱交換セグメントを支持する封止部材を備え、
前記複数個の熱交換セグメントを構成する各熱交換セグメント内に排気ガス流路を有すると共に、前記ハウジングの内面と各熱交換セグメントとの間並びに相互に隣接する熱交換セグメント間に冷却媒体流路を有し、各熱交換セグメントが、
一つの面のみに開口を有し、少なくとも該開口の外側が前記封止部材によって液密的に封止される筐体と、
該筐体内に収容され、所定方向の排気ガス流のみを許容する複数の流路を有すると共に、該複数の流路の上流側及び下流側にガス導入流路及びガス排出流路を有する案内部材とを具備し、
各々の前記筐体の開口に、前記ガス導入流路に連通するガス導入口を有すると共に、前記ガス排出流路に連通するガス排出口を有し、
前記複数個の熱交換セグメントの各々の前記案内部材は、
一枚の熱交換用板材が屈曲され、連続するS字状断面を有する波状に形成されたフィンを備え、
該フィンの延出方向の一側面が前記ガス導入口と前記ガス排出口の間の前記筐体の開口を遮蔽し、当該フィンの両端面側が夫々前記ガス導入口と前記ガス排出口に連通するように配置される
熱交換器。 - 前記ハウジングに形成され前記冷却媒体流路に連通する冷却媒体導入口及び冷却媒体排出口と、
該冷却媒体導入口及び冷却媒体排出口の間に介装される整流板を備えた
請求項1記載の熱交換器。 - 前記整流板は櫛型形状を有し、
該櫛型を構成する櫛歯の一部が、前記複数個の熱交換セグメントが相互に隣接する各間隙に介装される
請求項2記載の熱交換器。 - 前記整流板は、前記櫛型を構成する櫛歯の一部の先端が折曲された折曲部を有し、
該折曲部によって前記各間隙に対する冷却媒体案内路が形成されている
請求項3記載の熱交換器。 - 内燃機関の排気ガスを導入する主排気流路と、
該主排気流路の一部から分岐してガス導入口を構成すると共に当該主排気流路の他の部分に合流してガス排出口を構成する迂回流路と、
該迂回流路を通過する排気ガスをハウジング内で冷却媒体と熱交換して排気熱を回収する熱交換器とを備え、
該熱交換器が、
前記ハウジング内に並設される複数個の熱交換セグメントと、
前記ハウジングに液密的に接合され、前記複数個の熱交換セグメントを支持する封止部材を備え、
前記複数個の熱交換セグメントを構成する各熱交換セグメント内に排気ガス流路を有すると共に、前記ハウジングの内面と各熱交換セグメントとの間並びに相互に隣接する熱交換セグメント間に冷却媒体流路を有し、各熱交換セグメントが、
一つの面のみに開口を有し、少なくとも該開口の外側が前記封止部材によって液密的に封止される筐体と、
該筐体内に収容され、所定方向の排気ガス流のみを許容する複数の流路を有すると共に、該複数の流路の上流側及び下流側にガス導入流路及びガス排出流路を有する案内部材とを具備し、
各々の前記筐体の開口に、前記ガス導入流路に連通するガス導入口を有し、該ガス導入口が前記迂回流路のガス導入口を構成すると共に、各々の前記筐体の開口に、前記ガス排出流路に連通するガス排出口を有し、該ガス排出口が前記迂回流路のガス排出口を構成し、
前記複数個の熱交換セグメントの各々の前記案内部材は、
一枚の熱交換用板材が屈曲され、連続するS字状断面を有する波状に形成されたフィンを備え、
該フィンの延出方向の一側面が前記ガス導入口と前記ガス排出口の間の前記筐体の開口を遮蔽し、当該フィンの両端面側が夫々前記ガス導入口と前記ガス排出口に連通するように配置される

前記ハウジングに形成され前記冷却媒体流路に連通する冷却媒体導入口及び冷却媒体排出口と、

該櫛型を構成する櫛歯の一部が、前記複数個の熱交換セグメントが相互に隣接する各間隙に介装される
