Abstract
【解決手段】積層配置された複数のチューブ2と、複数のチューブ2の一端側に設けられ、内部にリターン用タンク室12が形成された一側ヘッダタンク部4と、複数のチューブ2の他端側に設けられ、内部に入口側タンク室14と出口側タンク室15が形成された他側ヘッダタンク部5と、他側ヘッダタンク部5に設けられた入口側配管接続部18及び出口側配管接続部19とを備えた熱交換器1において、他側ヘッダタンク部5には、チューブ2の長手方向の直交方向に対して同じ向きに傾斜する傾斜部16、17を2箇所に設け、この各傾斜部16,17に入口側配管接続部18と出口側配管接続部19をそれぞれ設けた。

Claims (2)
- 積層配置された複数のチューブ(2)と、
これら複数のチューブ(2)の一端側に設けられ、内部にリターン用タンク室(12)が形成された一側ヘッダタンク部(4)と、
当該複数のチューブ(2)の他端側に設けられ、内部に入口側タンク室(14)と出口側タンク室(15)が該チューブの積層方向に隣合って形成された他側ヘッダタンク部(5)と、
この他側ヘッダタンク部(5)に設けられ、該入口側タンク室(14)に外部から流体を導く入口側配管接続部(18)と、
該他側ヘッダタンク部(5)に設けられ、該出口側タンク室(15)の外部へ流体を排出する出口側配管接続部(19)とを備えた熱交換器(1)において、
前記他側ヘッダタンク部(5)には、前記チューブ(2)の長手方向に対して斜めに、且つ同じ向きに傾斜する傾斜部(16)、(17)を2箇所に設け、これら傾斜部(16),(17)のそれぞれに前記入口側配管接続部(18)と前記出口側配管接続部(19)をそれぞれ設けたことを特徴とする熱交換器(1)。 - 請求項1記載の熱交換器(1)であって、
前記入口側タンク室(14)に開口し、往路側流路となる前記チューブ(2)の数をB1とし、
前記出口側タンク室(15)に開口し、復路側流路となる前記チューブ(2)の数をB2とすると、
B1>B2に設定されたことを特徴とする熱交換器(1)。
