Claims (6)
- 外周にテーパ状の軌道面を有する内輪と、内周にテーパ状の軌道面を有する外輪と、前記内輪の軌道面と前記外輪の軌道面との間に転動自在に配され、外周面に転動面を有する複数の円すいころと、前記複数の円すいころを所定間隔で保持する保持器とを備えた円すいころ軸受であって、
各円すいころの転動面の両端のドロップ量が、前記内輪の軌道面の両端のドロップ量よりも大きく、
前記内輪が、軌道面の大径側に設けられた大鍔部と、軌道面と大鍔部との間に設けられた大径側ヌスミ部と、軌道面と大径側ヌスミ部とを滑らかに連続する第1の曲面とを有し、
前記第1の曲面の曲率半径R1と、各円すいころの転動面のうち、少なくとも前記第1の曲面と対向する部分の曲率半径R2との比R2/R1が3200以下である円すいころ軸受。 - 前記第1の曲面の曲率半径R1と、各円すいころの転動面のうち、少なくとも前記第1の曲面と対向する部分の曲率半径R2との比R2/R1が700以下である請求項1記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記内輪が、軌道面の小径側に設けられた小鍔部と、軌道面と小鍔部との間に設けられた小径側ヌスミ部と、軌道面と小径側ヌスミ部とを滑らかに連続する第2の曲面とを有し、
前記第2の曲面に超仕上げが施された請求項1又は2に記載の円すいころ軸受。 - 前記内輪が、軌道面の小径側に設けられた小鍔部と、軌道面と小鍔部との間に設けられた小径側ヌスミ部と、軌道面と小径側ヌスミ部とを滑らかに連続する第2の曲面とを有し、
前記第2の曲面の曲率半径R3と、前記円すいころの転動面のうち、少なくとも前記第2の曲面と対向する部分の曲率半径R4との比R4/R3が3200以下である請求項1又は2に記載の円すいころ軸受。 - 請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の円すいころ軸受と、前記円すいころ軸受の内輪の内周面に固定された回転軸と、前記円すいころ軸受の外輪の外周面に固定されたハウジングとを備えた自動車用トランスミッションユニット。
- 請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の円すいころ軸受と、前記円すいころ軸受の内輪の内周面に固定された回転軸と、前記円すいころ軸受の外輪の外周面に固定されたハウジングとを備えた自動車用デファレンシャルギヤユニット。
