Description
Claims (6)
- ターボチャージャ(13)付エンジン(12)を制御する電子制御装置(14)において、
吸気通路(15)における外部からの吸入空気量を検出する吸気量検出手段(17)の検出した吸入空気量、タンク内圧センサ(21)の検出したサージタンク(20)の内圧、及び、ウェイストゲートバルブ(23)の開閉状態に基づいて、前記ターボチャージャ(13)の異常を判定する異常判定手段を備え、
前記異常判定手段は、前記ウェイストゲートバルブ(23)の閉塞指示状態であると共に、前記エンジン(12)の回転数が上昇中であり且つ所定の回転数範囲にある判定条件成立時において、前記吸気量検出手段(17)が検出した吸入空気量が第1閾値未満であり、且つ、前記タンク内圧センサ(21)の検出した前記サージタンク(20)の内圧が大気圧以下のときに、前記ウェイストゲートバルブ(23)の開状態の固着異常又はターボチャージャ(13)のタービンの固着異常と判定することを特徴とする電子制御装置。 - 前記異常判定手段は、前記判定条件成立時において、前記吸気量検出手段(17)が検出した吸入空気量が第1閾値未満であり、且つ、前記タンク内圧センサ(21)の検出した前記サージタンク(20)の内圧が第2閾値未満であるときに、前記ターボチャージャ(13)の劣化異常と判定することを特徴とする請求項1記載の電子制御装置。
- 前記異常判定手段は、前記判定条件成立時において、前記吸気量検出手段(17)が検出した吸入空気量が第1閾値以上のときに、前記吸気通路(15)の吸気漏れ異常と判定することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の電子制御装置。
- 前記所定の回転数範囲は、大気圧よりも高い140kPa以上の過給圧がかかっている場合のエンジン回転数に相当するように設定されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電子制御装置。
- 前記第1閾値は、前記サージタンク内圧及びエンジン回転数に応じて可変する値に設定されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電子制御装置。
- 前記第2閾値は、前記エンジン回転数に応じて可変する値に設定されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の電子制御装置。
