Claims (5)
- 断面矩形の通電端子が設けられたコイルボビンと、該コイルボビンに巻装されるとともにはんだにより前記通電端子に固着されたマグネットワイヤと、該マグネットワイヤの外周部を覆うモールド樹脂とを備えるコイル装置であって、
前記コイルボビンから突設された前記通電端子の一部に、該通電端子の角部が窪んで形成された窪み領域が設けられ、前記コイルボビンから巻出された前記マグネットワイヤが前記窪み領域に緩みをもって数回巻き付けられ、前記通電端子における前記窪み領域より先端側で前記通電端子に固着されて導通されており、
前記はんだによって前記窪み領域及び該窪み領域に絡げられた前記マグネットワイヤの一部が被覆されるとともに、前記はんだによって、前記通電端子の前記窪み領域と前記角部のある領域との境界が覆われていることを特徴とするコイル装置。 - 前記窪み領域は、前記通電端子の角部がR付けもしくは面取りされて形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコイル装置。
- 前記窪み領域の断面形状は、角部が丸みを帯びた矩形、円形、楕円形、又は、頂角が90°より大きい多角形を有していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のコイル装置。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のコイル装置を有するステッピングモータと、弁口を有する弁本体と、前記ステッピングモータへの通電により発生する駆動力により駆動されて前記弁口を開閉する弁軸と、を備えることを特徴とする電動弁。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のコイル装置と、弁口を有する弁本体と、前記コイル装置への通電により発生する磁力により駆動されて前記弁口を開閉する弁軸と、を備えることを特徴とする電磁弁。
