現在、タッチセンサを製造することは、特に、タッチセンサが軽量で、柔軟性があり、または様々な異なる種類の使用に適応するように意図されている場合、複雑で高価になる可能性がある。例えば、従来のタッチパッドは、一般に柔軟性がなく、製造して物体に統合するのに比較的費用がかかる。

概観

2層インタラクティブテキスタイルを使用する技術およびそれを含む物体の実施の形態を、特徴および/または方法に特有の言語で説明したが、特許請求の範囲の主題は必ずしもそれら特定の特徴または方法に限定されないことを理解されたい。むしろ、それら特定の特徴および方法は、2層インタラクティブテキスタイルの実現例として開示されている。
Claims (15)
- 柔軟性のある物体内に統合されるように構成されたインタラクティブテキスタイルであって、
第1の導電性糸が織り込まれた上部テキスタイル層と、
第2の導電性糸が織り込まれた下部テキスタイル層とを備え、前記下部テキスタイル層が前記上部テキスタイル層に接続されることにより、前記第1の導電性糸および前記第2の導電性糸が交差する導電性糸のグリッドを有する容量性タッチセンサを形成し、前記下部テキスタイル層における第2の導電性糸のうち少なくとも隣接する2つの導電性糸は、前記上部テキスタイル層と前記下部テキスタイル層との間で織り込みをなすことに基づき変化するピッチを有し、前記インタラクティブテキスタイルはさらに、
