Claims (13)
- 乗員の胴体を支持するように構成されたシートバックにおいて第1の熱伝達率を提供する第1の熱調節アセンブリを作動させるステップと、
乗員の下部を支持するように構成されたシートクッションにおいて、前記第1の熱伝達率の提供と同時に前記第1の熱伝達率とは異なる第2の熱伝達率を提供する第2の熱調節アセンブリを作動させるステップと、
を備え、
前記第1の熱調節アセンブリを作動させるステップは、前記第1の熱伝達率が、所定期間、前記第2の熱調節アセンブリを作動させるステップによって提供される前記第2の熱伝達率よりも大きく保たれるように、前記シートバックの前記第1の熱調節アセンブリを作動させることを備えた、シートの調節方法。 - 前記第1および第2の熱調節アセンブリを作動させるステップが、前記シートバックおよび前記シートクッションの冷却を提供することを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシートの調節方法。
- 前記第1の熱調節アセンブリを作動させるステップが、熱電装置を通して流体を送風することを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシートの調節方法。
- 前記第2の熱調節アセンブリを作動させるステップが、ブロワ入口からの流体を、追加冷却を行うことなく前記シートクッションの支持面に送風することを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のシートの調節方法。
- 前記第1の熱調節アセンブリを作動させるステップが、前記第2の熱調節アセンブリを作動させるステップの前に開始されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシートの調節方法。
- 前記第1および第2の熱伝達率は、前記所定期間の第1の期間においては異なり、乗員の熱的快適性の変化後の、前記第1の期間に続く第2の期間においては同じであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシートの調節方法。
- 前記第1の熱調節アセンブリを作動させるステップが、第1の電流を引き出し、前記第2の熱調節アセンブリを作動させるステップが、第2の電流を引き出し、前記第1の電流は前記第2の電流よりも少なくとも2倍大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシートの調節方法。
- 前記第1の電流は前記第2の電流よりも少なくとも4倍大きいことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のシートの調節方法。
- 前記第1の電流は前記第2の電流よりも少なくとも8倍大きいことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のシートの調節方法。
- 前記第1および第2の熱調節アセンブリを作動させるステップは、前記シートバックにおける前記乗員の胴体と、前記シートクッションにおける前記乗員の下部と、の間における乗員の快適性の不均衡に応答して行われ、
前記乗員の快適性の不均衡が低減された後に、前記第1および第2の熱伝達率の少なくとも一方を変化させるステップをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシートの調節方法。 - 前記第1および第2の熱伝達率は、前記乗員の快適性の不均衡が低減された後に同じとなることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のシートの調節方法。
- 前記乗員の熱的快適性に対応する乗員の熱状態を検出するステップを備え、前記乗員の熱的快適性の変化は、前記シートバックおよび前記シートクッションによってそれぞれ調節される対応する前記乗員の胴体および下部の領域において前記乗員が生成または吸収した熱量の差に対応することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のシートの調節方法。
- 前記熱状態を検出するステップが、受動赤外線センサを用いることによって行われることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のシートの調節方法。
