Claims (13)
- 第1の材料から構築されたシート部であって、中央サポート部と、それに隣接するとともに互いにある幅で水平方向に離間されたサイドボルスタと、を有するシートサポート構造を含み、前記中央サポート部に凹部が設けられるとともに、前記凹部が開口部を含んだシート部と、
前記第1の材料に対して前記凹部内に配置された多孔性材料と、
前記第1の材料および前記多孔性材料に対して配置された第2の材料と、
通気層と外側の座面を提供する美観層とを含んだカバーであって、前記通気層が前記第2の材料に対して配置され、前記美観層が貫通孔を有する、カバーと、
前記シート部に関連するとともに前記開口部と流体連通したブロワであって、前記開口部を通じて前記凹部を通る前記多孔性材料へと流体を供給するように構成され、前記流体が、前記多孔性材料から前記通気層へと通過して、前記貫通孔から流出するように構成された、ブロワと、
を備えた熱調節シート。 - 前記第1の材料がポリウレタンフォームであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱調節シート。
- 前記シート部が、シート座部またはシートバックのうちの一つであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の熱調節シート。
- 前記幅が、第1の水平方向幅を有し、前記多孔性材料が前記第1の水平方向幅の75%未満の第2の水平方向幅を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱調節シート。
- 前記第2の水平方向幅が、前記第1の水平方向幅の35〜65%の幅であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の熱調節シート。
- 前記多孔性材料が、通気性スペーサ材料であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の熱調節シート。
- 前記第2の材料が、フリースであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の熱調節シート。
- 前記フリース上の、前記多孔性材料と反対側の面に支持された発熱体を備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の熱調節シート。
- 前記通気層と前記美観層とが、互いに縫い合わされた継ぎ目で接合されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の熱調節シート。
- 前記ブロワと前記凹部との間に配置された熱電装置を備え、前記熱電装置は、前記流体を冷却するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱調節シート。
- 前記第2の材料が、不透過性であるとともに開口部を有し、前記流体が、前記多孔性材料から前記開口部を通して前記通気層へと通過し、前記貫通孔から流出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱調節シート。
- 着座した乗員への調節流体の供給方法であって、
多孔性材料を通して調節流体を移動させるステップと、
前記多孔性材料の上に配置されたバリア層の開口部を通して調節流体を通過させるステップと、
多孔層を通して初期の集中的な熱流を供給するステップと、
前記バリア層と前記多孔層との間の通気層を通して前記調節流体を分散させるステップと、
前記初期の集中的な熱流の後に、該初期の集中的な熱流に比較して広範囲に及ぶ熱流を、前記多孔層を通して供給するステップと、
を備えた調節流体の供給方法。 - 前記通過させるステップが、冷却された調節流体を提供するように熱電装置を通して空気を送風することを含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の調節流体の供給方法。
