Abstract
【解決手段】二重管50は、外管30の内部に流路間隙29をもって内管20が設けられ、内管20の内部にフィン材11が設けられる。外管30は、内径側に突出する外カシメ部32を有する。内管20は、外カシメ部32と重なる内カシメ部22を有する。外管30と内管20との間には、外管30と内管20との間をシールするシール部45が設けられる。そして、フィン材11は、内カシメ部22に保持される。

Claims (9)
- 外管の内部に流路間隙をもって内管が設けられ、前記内管の内部にフィン材が設けられる二重管であって、
前記外管は、内径側に突出する外カシメ部を有し、
前記内管は、前記外カシメ部と重なる内カシメ部を有し、
前記外管と前記内管との間には、前記外管と前記内管との間をシールするシール部が設けられ、
前記フィン材は、前記内カシメ部に保持され、
前記外カシメ部及び前記内カシメ部が、それぞれ長手方向に複数並んで形成される、
ことを特徴とする二重管。 - 外管の内部に流路間隙をもって内管が設けられ、前記内管の内部にフィン材が設けられる二重管であって、
前記外管は、内径側に突出する外カシメ部を有し、
前記内管は、前記外カシメ部と重なる内カシメ部を有し、
前記外管と前記内管との間には、前記外管と前記内管との間をシールするシール部が設けられ、
前記フィン材は、前記内カシメ部に保持され、
前記外カシメ部及び前記内カシメ部が、それぞれ周方向に複数並んで形成される、
ことを特徴とする二重管。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の二重管であって、
前記外カシメ部及び前記内カシメ部が、それぞれ長手方向及び周方向に複数並んで形成され、
長手方向において隣り合う前記外カシメ部及び前記内カシメ部の間には、ろう材を滞留させるための滞留部が形成される、
ことを特徴とする二重管。 - 請求項3に記載の二重管であって、
周方向に隣り合う前記外カシメ部及び前記内カシメ部の間には、ろう材が流れる隙間が形成される、
ことを特徴とする二重管。 - 請求項3に記載の二重管であって、
複数の前記外カシメ部及び前記内カシメ部の長手方向に隣り合うもの同士が、周方向にオフセットする、
ことを特徴とする二重管。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の二重管であって、
前記外管は、周方向に並ぶ複数の前記外カシメ部から連続して湾曲する環状の絞り壁部をさらに有し、
前記絞り壁部は、前記流路間隙の一端を閉塞する、
ことを特徴とする二重管。 - 外管の内部に流路間隙をもって内管が設けられ、前記内管の内部にフィン材が設けられる二重管の製造方法であって、
前記外管をカシメることによって前記内管を変形させて内カシメ部を長手方向に複数並べて形成し、
前記内カシメ部を形成することによって前記内カシメ部に前記フィン材を保持させ、
前記外管と前記内管との間に前記外管と前記内管との間をシールするシール部を設ける、
ことを特徴とする二重管の製造方法。 - 外管の内部に流路間隙をもって内管が設けられ、前記内管の内部にフィン材が設けられる二重管の製造方法であって、
前記外管をカシメることによって前記内管を変形させて内カシメ部を周方向に複数並べて形成し、
前記内カシメ部を形成することによって前記内カシメ部に前記フィン材を保持させ、
前記外管と前記内管との間に前記外管と前記内管との間をシールするシール部を設ける、
ことを特徴とする二重管の製造方法。 - 請求項7又は8に記載の二重管の製造方法であって、
前記内管の内部で前記フィン材を捩って螺旋フィンを成形する、
ことを特徴とする二重管の製造方法。
