欧州特許第0860906号明細書からは、複数のプラグインコネクタモジュールを保持し、プラグインコネクタハウジング内へ組み込むための若しくは壁面にねじ留めするための保持フレームであって、前記複数のプラグインコネクタモジュールが保持フレーム内へ挿入され、プラグインコネクタモジュールにおける保持手段が、保持フレームの対向する壁部(側面部分)に設けられた凹部と協働する形式のものにおいて、前記凹部が、保持フレームの側部部分に開口部として形成されており、保持フレームが2つの互いに柔軟に接合される半部からなり、保持フレームの分離がフレームの側面部分に対して横方向に行われ、ヒンジが保持フレームの固定端部に配置されていて、保持フレームを固定面上にねじ留めるとフレーム部分が整合されて、保持フレームの側部部分が固定面に対して垂直に配向され、かつプラグインコネクタモジュールが保持手段を介して保持フレームと形状接合によって結合するように構成された保持フレームが公知である。実際においてそのような保持フレームは、通常はダイカスト法、特に亜鉛ダイカスト法において製造されている。
本発明の課題は、一方では、良好な耐熱性と高い機械的強度を備え、特に金属製のコネクタハウジング内への取り付けの際にも相応の保護接地、特にPE(プロテクションアース)が可能となり、他方では、快適な操作性、特に個々のモジュールの交換の際の快適な操作性が保証される、保持フレームのための設計構造の提供にある。
なぜなら保持フレームは、それによって最大曲げ負荷の領域において、比較的高い断面係数が所期のようにもたらされるからである。前記第1の領域は、基本区分に相応していてもよい。前記第2の領域は、変形区分に相応していてもよい。

図1には基本フレーム1が示されている。この基本フレーム1は、断面形状が実質的に長方形に構成されており、従って2つの互いに平行な相対向する端面11,11’を有し、さらにそれらに対して垂直方向で2つの互いに平行な相対向する側面部分12,12’も有している。この場合前記2つの端面11,11’は、前記2つの側面部分12,12’よりも短い。前記端面11,11’も前記側面部分12,12’も、自身の側では実質的に矩形形状を有しており、その際前記端面11,11’には、それに対して垂直方向に突出するそれぞれ1つのフランジ13,13’が成形されており、これらの2つのフランジ13,13’の各々は、それぞれ2つのねじ孔131,131’を有しており、それによって基本フレーム1全体では4つのねじ孔131,131’を有している。
同じような大きさの10Nの外力が例えばその側面部分12の中央で当該側面部分12に対して垂直方向に、すなわち基本フレーム1に関する内方から外方へ向けて作用的に加えられると、基本フレーム1は、その剛性がまだ最小である領域において、0.2mm未満、好ましくは0.1mm未満の離間距離だけ、特に好ましくは0.05mm未満つまり例えば0.025mm未満だけしか変位しない。これにより基本フレーム1は、側板部材2,2’よりも剛性が高い。特に基本フレーム1を剛性的と見なすならば、側板部材2,2’はそれぞれ弾性的と称される。

Claims (16)
- 収容したモジュールを1つの平面内で固定するための基本区分と、挿入状態および保持状態をとることが可能な変形区分とを備えた、同種および/または異種の複数のモジュールを収容するプラグインコネクタ用の保持フレームであって、
前記挿入状態では、少なくとも1つのモジュールを前記平面に対して横方向で前記保持フレーム内へ挿入することが許容され、前記保持状態では、収容されたモジュールが固定されている、保持フレームにおいて、
前記基本区分と前記変形区分とが、少なくとも部分的に、異なる材料から形成されており、
基本フレームとして形成された前記基本区分内に前記モジュールが保持可能であり、
前記変形区分は、少なくとも1つの平坦な側板部材として形成されており、かつ、前記基本区分の側面部分の外面に固定されており、
前記変形区分は、弾性タブを有しており、前記弾性タブに、前記モジュールの係止ラグを収容するための係止窓が配置されている、
ことを特徴とする保持フレーム。 - 前記変形区分が2つの側板部材からなり、当該2つの側板部材が、前記基本区分の2つの側面部分のそれぞれに固定されており、これにより前記変形区分のそれぞれの前記弾性タブが対称的に相互に向かい合い、
前記弾性タブは、前記モジュールの挿入のために、前記基本区分から離れる方向で相互に分離するように湾曲可能である、請求項1記載の保持フレーム。 - 前記変形区分は、前記基本区分の少なくとも一部を少なくとも部分的に取り囲んでおり、かつ/または、前記変形区分の少なくとも一部は、前記基本区分外に配置されている、請求項1または2記載の保持フレーム。
- 前記保持フレームは、多分割に構成され、前記基本区分および前記変形区分は、形状接合的、摩擦接合的および/または素材接合的に相互に接続されている、請求項1から3いずれか1項記載の保持フレーム。
- 前記保持フレームは、接着、溶接、蝋付け、リベット留め、係止および/またはねじ留めされている、請求項4記載の保持フレーム。
- 前記基本区分および前記変形区分は、一体的に構成されている、請求項1から3いずれか1項記載の保持フレーム。
- 前記変形区分は、弾性的な金属薄板を有し若しくは弾性的な金属薄板からなっている、請求項6記載の保持フレーム。
- 前記保持フレームは、保護接地コンタクトである、請求項1から7いずれか1項記載の保持フレーム。
- 収容したモジュールを1つの平面内に固定するための基本区分と、
挿入状態と保持状態とが受け入れ可能な変形区分とを備え、
前記挿入状態では、少なくとも1つのモジュールを前記平面に対して横方向で保持フレーム内へ挿入することが許容され、前記保持状態では収容されたモジュールが固定されている、同種および/または異種の複数のモジュールを収容するプラグインコネクタ用の保持フレームの製造方法において、
前記基本区分および前記変形区分が、少なくとも部分的に、異なる材料から形成され、
基本フレームとして形成された前記基本区分内に前記モジュールが保持可能であり、
前記変形区分は、少なくとも1つの平坦な側板部材として形成されており、かつ、前記基本区分の側面部分の外面に固定されており、
前記変形区分は、弾性タブを有しており、前記弾性タブに、前記モジュールの係止ラグを収容するための係止窓が配置されている、
ことを特徴とする保持フレームの製造方法。 - 前記基本区分は、少なくとも部分的にダイカストによって製造される、請求項9記載の保持フレームの製造方法。
- 前記基本区分は、少なくとも部分的に金属若しくは金属合金から製造される、請求項10記載の保持フレームの製造方法。
- 前記基本区分は、少なくとも部分的に亜鉛若しくはアルミニウムから製造される、請求項11記載の保持フレームの製造方法。
- 前記変形区分は、少なくとも部分的に打ち抜き曲げ加工によって製造される、請求項9から12いずれか1項記載の保持フレームの製造方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの側板部材は少なくとも1つの折曲縁部(B,B’)において180°折り曲げられる、請求項13記載の保持フレームの製造方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの側板部材は、前記基本区分において、接着、溶接、蝋付け、リベット留め、係止および/またはねじ留めによって固定される、請求項14記載の保持フレームの製造方法。
- モジュールを、1つの平面内で前記モジュールを固定するための保持フレームの基本区分内に挿入するステップと、
前記モジュールを、前記保持フレームの変形区分の変形によって、前記基本区分内で固定するステップとを含んでいる、同種および/または異種の複数のモジュールを収容するプラグインコネクタ用の保持フレーム内へのモジュールの挿入方法において、
前記基本区分が、少なくとも部分的に第1の材料から形成され、
前記変形区分が、少なくとも部分的に第2の別の材料から形成され、
前記変形は、前記第2の材料の変形のみを含んでおり、
基本フレームとして形成された前記基本区分内に前記モジュールが保持可能であり、
前記変形区分は、少なくとも1つの平坦な側板部材として形成されており、かつ、前記基本区分の側面部分の外面に固定されており、
前記変形区分は、弾性タブを有しており、前記弾性タブに、前記モジュールの係止ラグを収容するための係止窓が配置されている、
ことを特徴とするモジュールの挿入方法。
