Description
制御回路13は、出力電圧検出部16によって検出された出力電圧検出信号VS1をサンプリングして保持するサンプルホールド回路SHを有し、そのサンプルホールド回路SHの出力端子は、エラーアンプEAの反転入力端子に接続されている。エラーアンプEAの非反転入力端子は、基準電圧Vrefを出力する基準電圧源Vrefの正極端子に接続され、基準電圧源Vrefの負極端子は、一次側グランドPGNDに接続されている。エラーアンプEAの出力端子は、可変周波数発振器OSC、コンパレータCP1の非反転入力端子およびコンパレータCP2の第1の反転入力端子に接続されている。可変周波数発振器OSCの出力端子は、ワンショット回路OS1の入力端子に接続され、ワンショット回路OS1の出力端子は、フリップフロップFF1のセット入力端子Sに接続されている。

Claims (4)
- 直流電圧が入力される一次巻線、二次巻線および補助巻線を有するトランスと、
前記一次巻線に直列に接続されてスイッチング動作を行う半導体スイッチと、
前記二次巻線に接続された整流平滑回路により直流出力電圧を出力する出力電圧生成回路と、
前記補助巻線に接続されて前記出力電圧生成回路の前記直流出力電圧に相当する出力電圧検出信号を生成して出力する出力電圧検出部と、
前記出力電圧検出信号を受けて前記半導体スイッチをスイッチング制御させることにより前記直流出力電圧を安定化させる制御信号を出力する制御回路と、
前記出力電圧生成回路に接続され前記直流出力電圧が急激に低下する方向に変化する負荷急変を検出して負荷急変検出信号を前記制御回路に出力する負荷急変検出部と、
を備え、
前記負荷急変検出部は、一端が前記出力電圧生成回路の二次側グランドに接続され、他端が前記トランスの一次側回路の一次側グランドに接続された第1のコンデンサと、一端が前記第1のコンデンサの他端に接続されたインピーダンス素子と、一端が前記インピーダンス素子の他端に接続され、他端が前記出力電圧生成回路の電圧出力端子に接続された第2のコンデンサとを有し、前記インピーダンス素子の両端に発生する信号を前記負荷急変検出信号とし、
前記インピーダンス素子は、第3のコンデンサまたは前記第3のコンデンサと抵抗との並列回路のいずれかであり、
前記制御回路は、前記負荷急変検出信号を受けたとき、前記半導体スイッチをスイッチング制御させて前記出力電圧検出部が前記負荷急変検出信号を受けた後の前記直流出力電圧を検出可能にしたことを特徴とするスイッチング電源装置。 - 前記負荷急変検出部の前記第1のコンデンサは、前記出力電圧生成回路の二次側グランドと前記トランスの一次側回路の一次側グランドとの間に接続されて前記半導体スイッチのスイッチング動作に伴って発生するノイズを低減するために設けられるノイズ低減用のコンデンサを利用していることを特徴とする請求項1記載のスイッチング電源装置。
- 前記制御回路は、前記直流出力電圧が安定しているほど周波数が低く、前記直流出力電圧が低下しているほど周波数が高い前記制御信号を出力していることを特徴とする請求項1記載のスイッチング電源装置。
- 前記制御回路は、可聴域を含む低い周波数域では前記制御信号の発振を停止するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項3記載のスイッチング電源装置。
