Claims (14)
- ダイオードを介して電源に接続され、可変抵抗器を備え、ダイオードに流れる電流と可変抵抗器の抵抗値に応じた電圧を閾値として出力する電圧生成回路と、
モータの回転を検出する検出部から入力されたアナログ信号を前記電圧生成回路から入力された前記閾値と比較し、比較結果を比較器出力として出力する比較器と、
前記可変抵抗器の抵抗値を変更する抵抗値変更回路と、
前記抵抗値と前記比較器出力の関係に基づいて前記閾値を決定する閾値決定回路と、
を有するエンコーダ。 - 前記閾値は、前記抵抗値を連続的に変化させたときに前記比較器出力が正常となる閾値の最大値と最小値の平均値である、請求項1に記載のエンコーダ。
- 前記閾値は、前記抵抗値を等間隔で変化させたときに前記比較器出力が正常となる閾値の最大値、中間値、及び最小値の平均値である、請求項1に記載のエンコーダ。
- ダイオードを介して電源に接続され、可変抵抗器を備え、ダイオードに流れる電流と可変抵抗器の抵抗値に応じた電圧を閾値として出力する電圧生成回路と、
複数のモータの回転を検出する複数の検出部から入力された複数のアナログ信号を前記電圧生成回路から入力された前記閾値と比較し、比較結果を複数の比較器出力として出力する複数の比較器と、
前記可変抵抗器の抵抗値を変更する抵抗値変更回路と、
前記抵抗値と前記複数の比較器出力の関係に基づいて前記閾値を決定する閾値決定回路と、
を有するエンコーダ。 - 前記閾値は、前記抵抗値を連続的に変化させたときに前記比較器出力が正常となる閾値の最大値と最小値から算出される前記複数のアナログ信号に対応する複数の閾値のうちの最小値である、請求項4に記載のエンコーダ。
- 前記閾値は、前記抵抗値を等間隔で変化させたときに前記比較器出力が正常となる閾値の最大値、中間値、及び最小値から算出される前記複数のアナログ信号に対応する複数の閾値のうちの最小値である、請求項4に記載のエンコーダ。
- 前記閾値決定回路が、予め定められた一定のタイミングで前記抵抗値変更回路を動作させて、閾値を決定する、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のエンコーダ。
- 可変抵抗器を備えた電圧生成回路の出力電圧を閾値として比較器へ入力し、
エンコーダの検出部からアナログ信号を前記比較器へ入力し、
抵抗値変更回路が前記可変抵抗器の抵抗値を変更し、
前記比較器が前記アナログ信号を前記閾値と比較し、比較結果を比較器出力として閾値決定回路へ出力し、
前記閾値決定回路が前記抵抗値と前記比較器出力の関係に基づいて前記閾値を決定し、
前記抵抗値変更回路が、算出された前記閾値が前記電圧生成回路から前記比較器に入力されるように前記電圧生成回路の可変抵抗器の抵抗値を変更する、
エンコーダの制御方法。 - 前記閾値は、前記抵抗値を連続的に変化させたときに前記比較器出力が正常となる閾値の最大値と最小値の平均値である、請求項8に記載のエンコーダの制御方法。
- 前記閾値は、前記抵抗値を等間隔で変化させたときに前記比較器出力が正常となる閾値の最大値、中間値、及び最小値の平均値である、請求項8に記載のエンコーダの制御方法。
- 可変抵抗器を備えた電圧生成回路の出力電圧を閾値として複数の比較器へ入力し、
複数のエンコーダの検出部から複数のアナログ信号を前記複数の比較器へ入力し、
抵抗値変更回路が前記可変抵抗器の抵抗値を変更し、
前記複数の比較器が前記複数のアナログ信号を前記閾値と比較し、比較結果を複数の比較器出力として閾値決定回路へ出力し、
前記閾値決定回路が前記抵抗値と前記複数の比較器出力の関係に基づいて前記閾値を決定し、
前記抵抗値変更回路が、算出された前記閾値が前記電圧生成回路から前記複数の比較器に入力されるように前記電圧生成回路の可変抵抗器の抵抗値を変更する、
エンコーダの制御方法。 - 前記閾値は、前記抵抗値を連続的に変化させたときに前記比較器出力が正常となる閾値の最大値と最小値から算出される前記複数のアナログ信号に対応する複数の閾値のうちの最小値である、請求項11に記載のエンコーダの制御方法。
- 前記閾値は、前記抵抗値を等間隔で変化させたときに前記比較器出力が正常となる閾値の最大値、中間値、及び最小値から算出される前記複数のアナログ信号に対応する複数の閾値のうちの最小値である、請求項11に記載のエンコーダの制御方法。
- 前記閾値決定回路が、予め定められた一定のタイミングで前記抵抗値変更回路を動作させて、閾値を決定する、請求項8乃至13のいずれか一項に記載のエンコーダの制御方法。
