Claims (7)
- 複数の二次電池を備えるバッテリーモジュールアセンブリと、
前記バッテリーモジュールアセンブリの一端に設けられる第1エンドプレートと、
前記一端と対向する前記バッテリーモジュールアセンブリの他端に設けられる第2エンドプレートと、
前記第1エンドプレートと前記第2エンドプレートとの間に位置するように前記第1エンドプレートに固定される第1圧力調節バーと、
前記第1圧力調節バーに摺動可能に挿入されるように前記第2エンドプレートに固定される第2圧力調節バーと、
を含み、
前記第1圧力調節バーは、
前記第2圧力調節バーが摺動可能に挿入されるように形成される収容空間と、
前記収容空間と連通するように前記第2圧力調節バーの摺動方向に沿って形成される複数の係止孔と、
を備え、
前記第2圧力調節バーは、前記第2圧力調節バーが前記収容空間に沿って摺動するとき、前記係止孔のいずれか一つから分離された後、前記係止孔の他のいずれか一つに係止されるように前記係止孔のいずれか一つに選択的に弾性係合する弾性係止爪を備えることを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 前記弾性係止爪は複数個が形成され、前記係止孔の個数よりも少なく形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記係止孔は、予め決められた間隔で形成され、
前記弾性係止爪は、前記係止孔の前記予め決められた間隔の整数倍の間隔で形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記弾性係止爪は、端部が前記第1エンドプレート側に偏って傾くように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記第1エンドプレートと前記第2エンドプレートとが相互近接する方向へ復元力を提供する復元部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記復元部材は、引張ばねで構成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記復元部材は、前記収容空間に収容された状態で前記一端が前記第1圧力調節バーに固定され、前記他端が前記第2圧力調節バーに固定されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。
