Claims (14)
- 車室内の空調を行う車両用空調装置であって、
前記車室内へ空気を送風する送風機(16)と、
内燃機関(50)を冷却するための冷却水が循環する循環路(51)と、
前記循環路に配置され、冷却水により前記車室内へ送風される空気を加熱するヒータコア(55)と、 前記循環路に接続され、前記ヒータコアをバイパスして冷却水を循環させるバイパス路(56)と、
前記内燃機関から流出した冷却水が前記バイパス路を流れることにより前記ヒータコアをバイパスして前記内燃機関に戻る第1モード、および前記内燃機関から流出した冷却水が前記ヒータコアに流れる第2モードを、切り替え設定する切替装置(54)と、
前記循環路のうち前記第1モードおよび前記第2モードのいずれのときにも冷却水が流れる部位にて冷却水の温度を検出する水温センサ(53)と、
制御用水温データに基づいて前記送風機の作動を制御する制御部(S104)と、
前記第1モードのときの前記制御用水温データを算出する第1水温データ算出部(S102、S103)と、
前記第2モードに切り替わってから所定時間が経過する間の前記制御用水温データを算出する第2水温データ算出部(S106、S108、S110)とを備え、
前記第1水温データ算出部は、前記内燃機関が始動した時に前記水温センサにて検出された冷却水の温度に基づいて前記制御用水温データを算出し、
前記第2水温データ算出部は、前記水温センサにて検出した冷却水の温度よりも低い温度を前記制御用水温データとする車両用空調装置。 - 前記第1水温データ算出部は、前記内燃機関が始動した時に前記水温センサにて検出された冷却水の温度を前記制御用水温データとする請求項1に記載の車両用空調装置。
- 外気の温度を検出する外気センサ(72)を備え、
前記第1水温データ算出部は、前記内燃機関が始動した時に前記水温センサにて検出された冷却水の温度を、前記内燃機関が始動した時に前記外気センサにて検出された外気の温度が高いほど高くなるように補正して、前記制御用水温データとする請求項1に記載の車両用空調装置。 - 前記第2水温データ算出部は、前記第1水温データ算出部にて算出した前記制御用水温データを、当該第2水温データ算出部の前記制御用水温データとする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の車両用空調装置。
- 前記第2水温データ算出部は、前記制御用水温データの値を、前記第2モードに切り替わってからの時間経過に伴って大きくする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の車両用空調装置。
- 前記第2水温データ算出部は、前記第2モードに切り替わった時に前記第1水温データ算出部にて算出した前記制御用水温データと、前記第2モードに切り替わった時に前記水温センサにて検出した冷却水の温度との差が大きいほど、前記所定時間を長くする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載の車両用空調装置。
- 前記第2水温データ算出部は、前記循環路を循環する冷却水の流量が少ないほど前記所定時間を長くする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載の車両用空調装置。
- 前記第2水温データ算出部は、前記送風機による送風量が多いほど前記所定時間を長くする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載の車両用空調装置。
- 前記車室内の温度を検出する内気センサ(71)を備え、
前記第2水温データ算出部は、前記車室内の空気を前記ヒータコアにて加熱して前記車室内へ送風する内気モードのときには、前記内気センサにて検出した前記車室内の温度が低いほど前記所定時間を長くする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載の車両用空調装置。 - 外気の温度を検出する外気センサ(72)を備え、
前記第2水温データ算出部は、外気を前記ヒータコアにて加熱して前記車室内へ送風する外気モードのときには、前記外気センサにて検出した外気の温度が低いほど前記所定時間を長くする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載の車両用空調装置。 - 前記第2水温データ算出部は、前記循環路を循環する冷却水の流量が少ないほど前記制御用水温データの値の時間当たり変化量を小さくする請求項5に記載の車両用空調装置。
- 前記第2水温データ算出部は、前記送風機による送風量が多いほど前記制御用水温データの値の時間当たり変化量を小さくする請求項5に記載の車両用空調装置。
- 前記車室内の温度を検出する内気センサ(71)を備え、
前記第2水温データ算出部は、前記車室内の空気を前記ヒータコアにて加熱して前記車室内へ送風する内気モードのときには、前記内気センサにて検出した前記車室内の温度が低いほど前記制御用水温データの値の時間当たり変化量を小さくする請求項5に記載の車両用空調装置。 - 外気の温度を検出する外気センサ(72)を備え、
前記第2水温データ算出部は、外気を前記ヒータコアにて加熱して前記車室内へ送風する外気モードのときには、前記外気センサにて検出した外気の温度が低いほど前記制御用水温データの値の時間当たり変化量を小さくする請求項5に記載の車両用空調装置。
