Description
本発明の第1の実施の形態に係るセンサモジュールは、例えば車両に搭載されて、車輪の回転数やハンドルの回転角等を測定する車載センサ等として用いられる。このセンサモジュールは、本発明のモールド樹脂付きケーブルの一態様である。
以上説明した第1の実施の形態によれば、以下のような作用及び効果が得られる。
次に、本発明の第2の実施の形態について、図3を参照して説明する。
以上説明した第2の実施の形態によっても、第1の実施の形態の(1)及び(2)の作用及び効果と同様の作用及び効果が得られる。また、第1の電線24は、第1乃至第4屈曲部241〜244によって、第2の電線25は、第1乃至第4屈曲部251〜254によって、それぞれ折り返すように蛇行しているため、複数の延伸部(第1延伸部247,257及び第2延伸部248,258)を有することを可能にしながらも、センサモジュール10全体(特に、モールド樹脂3の厚さ)の大型化の抑制を図ることができる。
次に、以上説明した実施の形態から把握される技術思想について、実施の形態における符号等を援用して記載する。ただし、以下の記載における各符号等は、特許請求の範囲における構成要素を実施の形態に具体的に示した部材等に限定するものではない。

Claims (2)
- 中心導体及び当該中心導体を被覆する絶縁体を備えた2本の電線、及び当該2本の電線を被覆するシースを備えたケーブルと、
前記シースから突出した前記2本の電線の長手方向の一部を覆い、前記シースから離間して設けられたモールド樹脂と、
を備え、
前記2本の電線は、前記モールド樹脂内における少なくとも一箇所の屈曲部において屈曲されると共に、前記モールド樹脂から導出された導出部の導出方向に対して交差する方向に延伸する延伸部が、前記導出部との間に前記屈曲部を介して前記モールド樹脂内に位置し、
前記延伸部は、前記2本の電線の並び方向に対して直交する面において、前記導出方向に対して45°〜90°の角度で交差する方向に延伸し、
前記2本の電線の前記モールド樹脂内における先端部に接続されたセンサを備え、
前記モールド樹脂は、前記先端部から前記屈曲部にかけて、前記2本の電線と接触して設けられた
モールド樹脂付きケーブル。 - 前記電線は、複数の前記屈曲部によって折り返すように前記モールド樹脂内で蛇行している、
請求項1に記載のモールド樹脂付きケーブル。
