Claims (13)
- 少なくとも一つの引き出し部を含むコイルと磁性物質を含む本体と、
前記本体の外部面の少なくとも一部上に配置され、前記コイルと接する内部面を含み、前記コイルと電気的に接続される外部電極と、を含み、
前記本体内には、前記コイルを支持する支持部材が配置され、
前記支持部材において、前記外部電極の前記内部面に向かう面の少なくとも一部は加工面で構成され、
前記引き出し部の下面の少なくとも一部領域の下側に配置される前記支持部材の最小厚さT 1 .minは、前記コイルのうち最内側のコイルパターンの下面の少なくとも一部領域の下側に配置される前記支持部材の最小厚さT 2 .minより薄く、
前記支持部材は、前記外部電極と接するように前記コイルの外部面まで延びる、コイル部品。 - 前記加工面の表面には絶縁膜が配置される、請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記加工面の少なくとも一部は曲線で構成される、請求項1または2に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記加工面は内側に凹んだスリットを含む形状で構成される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記加工面は外側に向かうほど厚さが薄くなる階段状で構成される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記コイルは、前記支持部材の上面及び下面にそれぞれ配置される上部コイルと下部コイルを含み、前記上部コイルと下部コイルはビアを介して接続されている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記支持部材は貫通孔を含み、前記貫通孔の内部に磁性物質が充填されている、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- コイルが配置された一面を有する支持部材と、
磁性物質で形成され、内部に前記支持部材及び前記コイルが配置される本体と、
前記本体の外部面上に配置され、前記コイルの引き出し部と接する外部電極と、を含み、
前記コイルが配置される前記支持部材の前記一面に対して直交するように測定される前記支持部材の厚さは、前記外部電極から遠い地点より前記外部電極にさらに近い地点で薄く、
前記支持部材は、前記外部電極と接するように前記コイルの外部面まで延びる、コイル部品。 - 前記コイルは、複数のコイル巻線を含むコイル本体と、前記コイル本体から前記外部電極まで延びる前記引き出し部と、を含み、
前記引き出し部が配置された一領域における前記支持部材の厚さは、前記コイル本体が配置された他領域における前記支持部材の厚さより薄い、請求項8に記載のコイル部品。 - コイルが配置された一面を有する支持部材と、
磁性物質で形成され、内部に前記支持部材及び前記コイルが配置される本体と、
前記本体の外部面上に配置され、前記コイルの引き出し部と接する外部電極と、を含み、
前記外部電極を有する前記本体の前記外部面と向かい合う前記支持部材の一面は、互いに離れ、且つ前記本体の前記外部面に向かって延びる少なくとも二つの突出部を含み、
前記少なくとも二つの突出部は、互いに離れ、且つ前記本体の前記外部面及び前記外部電極と接していない、コイル部品。 - コイルが配置された一面を有する支持部材と、
磁性物質で形成され、内部に前記支持部材及び前記コイルが配置される本体と、
前記本体の外部面上に配置され、前記コイルの引き出し部と接する外部電極と、を含み、
前記外部電極を有する前記本体の前記外部面と向かい合う前記支持部材の一面は、互いに離れ、且つ前記本体の前記外部面に向かって延びる少なくとも二つの突出部を含み、
前記少なくとも二つの突出部のそれぞれは、前記コイルが配置される前記支持部材の他面に対して直交するように測定される厚さは、前記外部電極から遠い地点より前記外部電極とさらに近い地点で薄い、コイル部品。
に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記支持部材は、前記本体の前記外部面と向かい合う支持部材の一面の中央部を含む凹んだスリット状を有し、前記中央部は、前記少なくとも二つの突出部の間に配置され、前記少なくとも二つの突出部より前記本体の前記外部面からさらに離れる、請求項10または11に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記少なくとも二つの突出部は、前記外部電極及び前記本体の外部面まで延び、前記外部電極及び前記本体の外部面と接する、請求項11に記載のコイル部品。
